Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen gesinterten Gleitlagerwerkstoff auf Basis von Kupfer oder einer Kupferlegierung mit darin fein dispergierten Hartpartikeln. Die Hartpartikel liegen in Form von Nanopartikeln mit einer mittleren Partikelgröße von unter 500 nm und einem Anteil von 0,002 bis 0, 1 Gew.-% in der Sinterschicht (12) verteilt vor. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Gleitiagerelement mit einer Stützschicht und einer Sinterschicht aus dem vorgenannten Gleitlagerwerkstoff.
