Abstract

Cette invention concerne un moteur pas à pas linéaire qui est caractérisé par : un carter; un stator monté dans ce carter; un rotor monté rotatif sur une surface intérieure du stator et attaché grâce à une vis femelle accouplée à une vis-mère; une plaque de fixation qui est fixée sur une surface latérale dudit carter pour faire passer la vis-mère; et un couvre-plaque qui est accouplé entre la plaque de fixation et le carter et qui est conçu pour empêcher tout déplacement axial d'un palier sur lequel la vis femelle est montée rotative. Ainsi, le palier est solidement fixé, dans une structure simple, par le couvre-plaque lui-même, ce qui permet une certaine liberté de conception quant à la taille d'un trou central du carter ou à la grandeur d'un diamètre extérieur d'un aimant, et ce quelle que soit la grandeur du diamètre extérieur du palier. Le palier est solidement fixé au couvre-plaque par matage afin d'empêcher tout déplacement axial du palier, et par conséquent, la vibration et le bruit sont remarquablement réduits pour accroître la fiabilité du produit.
