본 발명은 퓨린 생합성 효소를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현량이 내재적 발현량보다 증가된, 5'-이노신산 생산능을 갖는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물 및 향상된 5'-이노신산 생산능을 갖는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물을 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 5'-이노신산 생산방법에 관한 것이다.
