Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Applikatoreinrichtung mit einem Applikatorelement (9) zum Applizieren einer in einem Substanzraum (25, 27) enthaltenen Substanz (27) auf eine Hautpartie. Die Applikatoreinrichtung (1) umfasst ein Applikatorteil (2) mit einem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) und ein Vibrationsteil (3) mit einem unteren Gehäuseteil (4), wobei in dem unteren Gehäuseteil (4) ein durch eine Energiequelle (5) betätigbares Vibrationselement (10) vorgesehen ist, dessen Schwingungen auf das obere Gehäuseteil (8) und das Applikatorelement (9) übertragbar sind, und wobei in dem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) eine Aktivatoreinrichtung (22) zur Erzeugung von Wärme oder Kälte vorgesehen ist, wobei die Wärme oder Kälte auf die in dem Substanzraum (25, 27) enthaltene Substanz (27) übertragbar ist.

Description

Applikatoreinrichtung zur kosmetischen und/oder medizinischen Anwendung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Applikatoreinrichtung zur kosmetischen und/oder medizinischen Anwendung.
Es ist bekannt, die Haut eines Menschen aus medizinischen und/oder kosmetischen Gründen zu kühlen. Aus der US 2006/0067962 Al geht ein Mittel zum Kühlen der Haut hervor, das Bestandteile umfasst, die sowohl eine schnelle Kühlung der Haut als auch eine Kühlung der Haut über einen längeren Zeitraum ermöglichen. Im Wesentlichen umfasst dieses bekannte Mittel zum Kühlen der Haut Wasser, Alkohol, ein Tensid und wasserlösliches Silikon. Aus der US 2006/0067962 Al geht ein Applikator hervor, bei dem das die Haut kühlende Mittel auf einem Substrat angeordnet ist. Dabei wird das Substrat in der Form eines Pflasters an einer entsprechenden Hautpartie befestigt.
In der WO 03/000089 A2 ist eine wegwerfbare Applikatoreinrichtung erläutert, mit der insbesondere kosmetischen Flüssigkeiten oder Cremes auf eine zu behandelnde Hautoberfläche eines menschlichen Körpers aufbringbar sind. Dabei wird die Flüssigkeit in einer Speicherschicht gespeichert und über eine flüssigkeitssteuernde Steuerschicht auf eine Applikatorfläche abgegeben. Es ist ferner eine undurchlässige Schicht vorgesehen, die verhindert, dass die Flüssigkeit von der Applikatorfläche abfließt.
In der DE 199 42 566 Al ist ein Kühlkissen zur Anwendung für Kühlvorgänge erläutert, das ein mit einem Gelbildner vermischtes Salzgemisch beinhaltet und dieses im Inneren des Kühlkissens bis zur Zusammenführung getrennt von einem Aktivator hält. Wenn der Aktivator, bei dem es sich um Wasser handeln kann, dem mit dem Gelbildner vermischten Salzgemisch zugeführt wird, kommt es zu einer Kältereaktion, bei der die Temperatur des Kühlkissens auf etwa 0° C sinkt.
Aus der WO 2004/043534 Al geht eine Applikatoreinrichtung mit einem Applikatorelement zum Applizieren einer in einem Substanzraum enthaltenen Substanz auf eine Hautpartie hervor. Dabei kann das Applikatorteil einen Vibrator und ein Mittel enthalten, mit denen die Haut gekühlt oder erhitzt werden kann.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine Applikatoreinrichtung so auszugestalten, dass eine auf eine pflege- oder hei I bedürftige Haut- oder Körperpartie eines Menschen abgegebene kosmetische und/oder medizinische Substanz in der Form einer kühlenden oder wärmenden Substanz aufgebracht wird, wobei gleichzeitig eine leichte Vibrationsmassage zur Anregung der Lymphtätigkeit erfolgt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Applikatoreinrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Der wesentliche Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass einerseits behandlungs- bzw. pflegebedürftige Hautpartien eines Menschen, insbesondere die Augenpartie oder beispielsweise eine von Cellulite oder Schmerzen bzw. Verspannungen betroffene Körperpartie, durch eine leichte Vibrationsmassage zur Anregung der Lymphtätigkeit und/oder Durchblutung in Vibrationen versetzt wird, wobei ggf. vorhandene Schwellungen der genannten Hautpartien abklingen. Gleichzeitig wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Applikatoreinrichtung in vorteilhafter Weise eine pflegend und/oder medizinisch (z. B. abschwellend, durchblutungsfördernd oder drainierend bzw. entwässernd) wirkende Substanz auf die betreffenden Hautpartien aufgebracht. Dadurch, dass die genannte Substanz auf einer Hautpartie unter gleichzeitiger Einwirkung von Vibrationen aufgebracht wird, ist eine besonders effektive und schnell wirkende Hautpflege möglich. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, dass die medizinische und/oder kosmetische Substanz in gekühlter oder aufgewärmter Form aufgetragen werden kann. Dadurch können die Wirkung der Substanz und daher auch die physiologischen Haut- und Körperreaktionen verbessert bzw. beschleunigt werden. Ferner ist es auch denkbar die erfindungsgemäße Applikatoreinrichtung 1 zur Behandlung von orthopädischen Krankheitsbildern oder zur vorzugsweise postoperativen Narben- und Gewebebehandlung sowie im Zusammenhang mit anderen Indikationen, beispielsweise palliativ zur Schmerzlinderung oder bei entzündlichen Erkrankungen einzusetzen.
Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Applikatoreinrichtung so ausgestaltet ist, dass das die zu applizierende Substanz enthaltende Applikatorteil als Wegwerfteil ausgebildet ist, sodass das Vibrationsteil der erfindungsgemäßen Applikatoreinrichtung wahlweise für verschiedene Substanzen angewendet werden kann. Dabei kann das Wegwerfteil gleichzeitig auch die eine Kühlung oder eine Erwärmung bewirkenden Mittel umfassen. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei diesen Mitteln um an sich bekannte Reaktionsmittel handeln.
Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit einer Lichttherapie. Im Rahmen eines Forschungsprogramms der NASA wurde nämlich bewiesen, dass eine Lichttherapie, bei der vorzugsweise Licht mit der Hilfe von Licht emittierenden Dioden (LEDs) erzeugt wird, der Heilungsprozess von Wunden und das Wachstum des menschlichen Gewebes (Zellgeneration) beschleunigt werden können. Darüber hinaus hat man festgestellt, dass die von den LEDs emittierte Lichtenergie den Metabolismus der Zellen verbessert und die Zellerneuerung beschleunigt. Somit stellt die Lichttherapie - nicht zuletzt durch ihre stimmungsaufhellende Wirkung - eine wirksame Methode zur Behandlung und Prophylaxe von vielen Krankheiten dar.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
Im Folgenden werden die Erfindung und deren Ausgestaltungen im Zusammenhang mit der Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In der insbesondere aus den Figuren 1 und 2 ersichtlichen Weise besteht die vorliegende Applikatoreinrichtung 1 im Wesentlichen aus einem Applikatorteil 2, das eine zu applizierende Substanz 27 sowie die die Kühlung oder Erwärmung dieser Substanz 27 bewirkende Mittel umfasst, und einem Vibrationsteil 3. Gemäß Figur 2 umfasst das Vibrationsteil 3 im Wesentlichen in einem unteren Gehäuseteil 4 eine Energiequelle 5, der vorzugsweise die Form einer Batterie aufweist, ein vorzugsweise am unteren Ende des Gehäuseteiles 4 angeordnetes Steuerteil 13, das wenigstens einen Ein/Ausschalters aufweist, ein Schwingungen in der Längsrichtung des Vibrationsteiles 3 (siehe Pfeil 6) erzeugendes Vibrationselement 10, das von der Energiequelle 5 mit Strom versorgt wird, und ein vorzugsweise an der oberen Seite des Gehäuseteiles 4 angeordnetes Verbindungsteil 7 zur Verbindung des oberen Gehäuseteiles 8 mit dem unteren Gehäuseteil 4. Am Steuerteil 13 kann vorzugsweise auch die Schwingungsamplitude der Vibrationen des Vibrationselementes 10 eingestellt werden. Bei dem Vibrationselement 10 kann es sich beispielsweise um ein Piezobauteil handeln. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die Energiequelle 5 auch durch die Möglichkeit eines Anschlusses an ein Wechsel- oder Gleichspannungsnetz gebildet sein kann.
Das mit dem Vibrationsteil 3 mit der Hilfe des Verbindungsteiles 7 befestigbare Applikatorteil 2 umfasst im Wesentlichen in dem oberen Gehäuseteil 8 ein Applikatorelement 9, über das eine auf einer Hautpartie aufzutragende medizinische und/oder kosmetische Substanz auf die genannte Hautpartie applizierbar ist. Beispielsweise handelt es sich bei dem Applikatorelement 9 um ein so genanntes RoII- On-Element in der Form eines die Substanz über ihre Oberfläche abgebenden Kugelteiles 11, das von den handelsüblichen, so genannten Deo-Rollem her bekannt ist. Das Kugelteil 11 ist in einer entsprechenden, etwa halbkugelförmigen Mulde 12 des oberen Gehäuseteiles 8 enthalten. Im Inneren des oberen Gehäuseteiles 8 befindet sich ein die zu applizierende Substanz 27 enthaltender Substanzraum 25, von dem aus die Substanz beim Gebrauch der Applikatoreinrichtung 1 auf die Oberfläche des Kugelteiles 11 übertragen wird. Das Kugelteil 11 wird durch Gleitbewegungen auf der Haut in Drehung versetzt und gibt dabei die aus dem Substanzraum 25 übertragene Substanz 27 auf die Hautpartie ab. Anstelle des Kugelteiles 11 kann auch ein das Applikatorelement 9 bildendes walzenförmiges Teil vorgesehen sein.
Wie aus der Figur 3 ersichtlich, ist der Substanzraum 25 durch ein Wandteil 19 von einem Reaktionsraum 20 getrennt, in dem Kälte zum Kühlen der Substanz 27 oder Wärme zum Erwärmen der Substanz 27 beim Gebrauch der Applikatoreinrichtung 1 erzeugt wird, wie dies später näher erläutert wird. Die Substanz 27 wird in an sich bekannter Weise über die die Mulde 12 begrenzende Muldenwand 21 zum Kugelteil 11 abgegeben. Um ein Austrocknen der Substanz 27 im Bereich des Applikatorelementes 9 zu verhindern, eine Wiederverwertung zu ermöglichen und die geforderte Hygiene sowie den Schutz des Aktivators 22 sicherzustellen, ist das gesamte, vorzugsweise als Wegwerfteil ausgestaltete, Applikatorteil 2 zum Vertrieb vorzugsweise in einer feuchtigkeitsundurchlässigen Umhüllung 28 enthalten, die erst beim Gebrauch des Applikatorteiles 2 geöffnet und von diesem entfernt wird (siehe Figur 4). Die Umhüllung 28 kann außerdem zu Werbe- oder Dekorationszwecken dienen.
In dem an das Wandteil 19 an der dem Substanzraum 25 abgewandten Seite angrenzenden Reaktionsraum 20 befinden sich die zur Erzeugung von Kälte oder Wärme erforderlichen Mittel. Ganz allgemein ausgedrückt handelt es sich bei diesen Mittel um einen schematisch dargestellten Aktivator 18, der in der Lage ist Kälte zum Kühlen der Substanz 27 oder Wärme zum Erwärmen derselben zu erzeugen. Beispielsweise befindet sich in der aus der DE 199 42 566 Al bekannten Weise in dem Reaktionsraum 20 als erstes Mittel zur Erzeugung von Kälte ein mit einem Gelbildner vermischtes Salzgemisch 15, das durch eine Trennwand 17 in der in der Figur 4 dargestellten Weise von einem einen Aktivator 18 enthaltendem Raum 28 getrennt ist. Der Aktivator 18 bildet ein zweites Mittel. Beispielsweise besteht der Aktivator 18 aus Wasser. Der Gelbildner kann aus Methylcellulose-Natrium bestehen. Wenn die beiden durch die Trennwand 17 voneinander getrennten Mittel 15 und 18 zusammengebracht werden, entsteht die zur Sofortkühlung der Substanz 27 an dem Wandteil 19 erforderliche Kälte.
Um die beiden Mittel 15 und 18 zusammenzubringen, wird die Trennwand 17 vorzugsweise beim Verbinden der beiden Gehäuseteile 4 und 8 mit dem Verbindungsteil 7 automatisch durchtrennt. Zu diesem Zweck ist an dem Verbindungsteil 7 bzw. am unteren Gehäuseteil 4 ein Zapfenteil 16 angeordnet, das zweckmäßigerweise mittig am Verbindungsteil 7 angeordnet ist und in Richtung auf die Trennwand 17 über das Verbindungsteil 7 vorsteht. Wenn das untere Gehäuseteil 4 mit dem oberen Gehäuseteil 8 verbunden wird, tritt das Zapfenteil 16 in der aus der Figur 4 ersichtlichen Weise in eine Vertiefung 29 einer das obere Gehäuseteil 8 und den Raum 30 zum unteren Gehäuseteil 4 hin begrenzenden Bodenwand 26 ein. Das Bodenteil 26 bzw. die Vertiefung 29 ist so flexibel ausgestaltet, dass beim Verbinden der Gehäuseteile 4 und 8 auf die Trennwand 26 ein vom Zapfenteil 16 aufgebrachter Druck einwirkt, der zum Zerbrechen der Trennwand 17 führt, sodass die beiden Mittel 15 und 18 zur Kälteerzeugung miteinender in Verbindung treten. Dies ist in der Figur 3 dargestellt.
Die in dem Substanzraum 25 enthaltene Substanz 27, bei der es sich vorzugsweise um eine Flüssigkeit, eine Creme oder ein Gel handelt, besitzt eine pflegende, insbesondere auch abschwellende Wirkung. Durch ihre Konsistenz erleichtert sie den Gleitvorgang des Kugelteiles 11 und optimiert somit beispielsweise eine sanfte Lymphdrainage. Insbesondere eignet sich die vorliegende Applikatoreinrichtung 1 zur hochwirksamen Pflege der Augenpartien, die beispielsweise am Morgen oder allgemein bei Müdigkeit angeschwollen sein können. Die Wirkung der pflegenden Substanz 27 wird bei der vorliegenden Applikatoreinrichtung 1 durch erzeugte Kälte oder Wärme und auch durch die auf das Applikatorteil 2 übertragenen Schwingungen verstärkt, die in dem Vibrationsteil 3 erzeugt werden. Die Applikatoreinrichtung 1 kann auch bei Kopfschmerzen, vorzugsweise am Schläfen- oder Stirnbereich, angewendet werden. Ebenso ist es denkbar, bei Erkältungskrankheiten oder Heuschnupfen Wärme von außen im Nacken- oder Kieferhöhlenbereich zu erzeugen, um insbesondere in Zusammenwirkung mit der Substanz 27 eine heilende Wirkung zu erreichen. Zur Schwingungsübertragung wird das Vibrationselement 10 bei der Verbindung der beiden Gehäuseteile 4 und 8 an das obere Gehäuseteil 8 gekoppelt. Das Verbindungsteil 7 umfasst, wie an sich bekannt, vorzugsweise eine Steck-, Schnappoder Schraubverbindung.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, bei der das Applikatorteil 2 die Form eines Wegwerfteiles aufweist. Dadurch können wahlweise unterschiedliche Applikatorteile 2 mit unterschiedlichen Substanzen und auch unterschiedlichen Wärme oder Kälte erzeugenden Mitteln mit ein und demselben Vibrationsteil 3 verbunden werden.
In der in der Figur 2 durch unterbrochene Linien angedeuteten Weise kann die vorliegende Applikartoreinrichtung 1 eine Lichtquelle 31 umfassen, deren Licht auf die zu behandelnden Haut- oder Körperpartien strahlbar ist, um an diesen beispielsweise die Wundheilung, die Zellregeneration fördernde oder die stimmungsaufhellende Wirkung zu entfalten. Dabei ist die Lichtquelle 31 vorzugsweise im Verbindungsteil 7 (Figur 2) bzw. im Zapfenteil 16 (Figur 3) oder im Vibrationsteil 3 angeordnet. Das Applikatorteil 2 sowie dessen entsprechenden Teile (z. B. Bodenwand 26, Aktivator 22, Trennwand 17, Reaktionsraum 20, Wandteil 19, Muldenwand 21, Substanz 27, Mittel 15 und 18) und das Applikatorelement 9 sind dabei lichtdurchlässig ausgebildet, so dass der von der Lichtquelle 31 erzeugte Lichtstrahl 31' ungehindert durch das Applikatorteil 2 und das Applikatorelement 9 zu den zu behandelnden Haut- oder Körperpartien hindurch treten kann. Die Lichtquelle 31 kann so ausgestaltet sein, dass sie wahlweise, je nach Anwendung Licht in unterschiedlichen Farben erzeugen kann.
Es ist auch denkbar, im Gegensatz zu der Ausgestaltung gemäß den Figuren 2 bis 4 die zu applizierende Substanz gemäß Figur 5 in dem Applikatorelement 9, d. h. also in dem Kugelteil 11 oder in dem entsprechenden walzenförmigen Teil selbst vorzusehen, wobei dann das Applikatorelement 9 eine aus einem semipermeablen Material bestehende Umhüllung aufweist. Auf diese Weise kann die Substanz beim Gebrauch der Applikatoreinrichtung 1 den auf das Applikatorelement 2 ausgeübten leichten Druck auf die Haut- oder Körperpartien übertragen werden. Dabei kann die Oberfläche der genannten Umhüllung je nach Anwendung amorph oder zur Durchblutungsförderung mit Noppen ausgestaltet sein. Bezugszeichen:

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Applikatoreinrichtung mit einem Applikatorelement (9) zum Applizieren einer in einem Substanzraum (25) enthaltenen Substanz (27) auf eine Haut- oder Körperpartie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikatoreinrichtung (1) ein Applikatorteil (2) mit einem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) und ein Vibrationsteil (3) mit einem unteren Gehäuseteil (4) umfasst, dass in dem unteren Gehäuseteil (4) ein durch einen Energiequelle (5) betätigbares Vibrationselement (10) vorgesehen ist, dessen Schwingungen auf das obere Gehäuseteil (8) und das Applikatorelement (9) übertragbar sind, und dass in dem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) eine Aktivatoreinrichtung (20, 22) zur Erzeugung von Wärme oder Kälte vorgesehen ist, wobei die Wärme oder Kälte auf die in dem Substanzraum (25) enthaltene Substanz (27) übertragbar ist.
2. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vibrationselement (10) ein piezoelektrisches Bauteil ist.
3. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikatorelement (9) die Form eines Kugelteiles (11) oder eines walzenförmigen Teiles besitzt, das in einer durch einen muldenförmigen Wandbereich (21) des oberen Gehäuseteiles (8) gebildeten Mulde (12) angeordnet ist, wobei sich an die dem Kugelteil (11) oder dem walzenförmigen Teil gegenüber liegende Seite des Wandbereiches (21) der Substanzraum (25) anschließt und die Substanz (27) über den Wandbereich (21) zum Kugelteil (11) hin abgebbar ist.

Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Substanzraum (25) in dem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) durch den muldenförmigen Wandbereich (21) und ein von dem muldenförmigen Wandbereich (21) beabstandetes Wandteil (19) gebildet ist, und dass die Aktivatoreinrichtung (20, 22) an der dem Substanzraum (25) abgewandten Seite des Wandteiles (19) angeordnet ist.

Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikatorelement (9) die Form eines Kugelteiles (11) oder eines walzenförmigen Teiles besitzt, das in einer durch einen muldenförmigen Wandbereich (21) des oberen Gehäuseteiles (8) gebildeten Mulde (12) angeordnet ist, wobei der Substanzraum (25) durch das Innere des Kugelteiles (11) oder des walzenförmigen Teiles gebildet ist und die Substanz (27) über die Umhüllung des Kugelteiles (11) oder des walzenförmigen Teiles abgebbar ist.

Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aktivatoreinrichtung (20, 22) einen an den Substanzraum (25) anschließenden Reaktionsraum (20) aufweist, der in dem oberen Gehäuseteil (8) durch eine von dem Substanzraum (25) beabstandete Trennwand (17) gebildet ist, und dass an einer dem Reaktionsraum (20) abgewandten Seite der Trennwand (17) ein Raum (30) angeordnet ist, wobei sich in dem Reaktionsraum (20) ein erstes Mittel (15) und in dem Raum (30) ein zweites Mittel (18) befinden, die bei einer Durchtrennung der Trennwand (17) zusammenwirken und Kälte oder Wärme erzeugen.
7. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raum (30) an seiner dem Vibrationsteil (3) zugewandten Seite eine von der Trennwand
(17) beabstandete, zumindest teilweise flexible Bodenwand (26) aufweist, die beim Verbinden des oberen Gehäuseteiles (8) mit dem unteren Gehäuseteil (4) durch ein Zapfenteil (16) des unteren Gehäuseteiles (4) derart verformbar ist, dass das Zapfenteil (16) einen Druck auf die Trennwand (17) ausübt, um diese zu durchbrechen bzw. zu öffnen, damit das erste Mittel (15) und das zweite Mittel
(18) miteinander in Verbindung treten.
8. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Substanz (27) eine Flüssigkeit, eine Creme oder ein Gel ist und eine pflegende, und/oder abschwellende und/oder kosmetische und oder heilende Wirkung entfaltet.
9. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Mittel (15) eine erste chemisch reagierende Substanz ist und dass das zweite Mittel (18) eine zweite chemisch reagierende Substanz ist.
10. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Mittel (15) ein mit einem Gelbildner, vorzugsweise Methylzellulose-Natrium, vermischtes Salzgemisch (15) ist und das zweite Mittel (18) Wasser ist.
11. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Gehäuseteil (4) ein Steuerteil (13) mit einem Ein-/Ausschalter umfasst.
12. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Steuerteil (13) die Schwingungsamplitude und/oder die Frequenz und/oder der Schwingungsmodus des Vibrationselementes (10) einstellbar ist.
13. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Gehäuseteil (8) und das untere Gehäuseteil (4) mit der Hilfe einer Verbindungseinrichtung (7) lösbar miteinander verbindbar sind.
14. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (7) eine Schraub, Steck, Schnapp- oder Bajonettverbindung ist.
15. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikatorteil (2) als Wegwerfteil ausgebildet ist.
16. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikatorteil (2) in einer das obere Gehäuseteil (8) umgebenden Umhüllung (28) angeordnet ist.
17. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Energiequelle die Form einer Batterie oder eines Akkumulators aufweist oder die Form eines mit einem Wechsel- oder Gleichspannungsnetz verbindbaren Anschlusses besitzt.
18. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Lichtquelle (31) umfasst, die ein auf die zu behandelnden Haut- oder Körperpartien abzustrahlendes Licht erzeugt.
19. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (31) durch wenigstens eine Licht emittierende Diode gebildet wird.
20. Applikatoreinrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (31) im Vibratorteit (3), im Verbindungsteil (7) oder im Zapfenteil (26) angeordnet ist und einen Lichtstrahl (31') erzeugt, der das lichtdurchlässig ausgebildete Applikatorteil (2) sowie das Applikatorelement (9) durchstrahlt.
21. Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (31) zur wahlweisen Erzeugung von Lichtstrahlen (31') unterschiedlicher Farbe ausgebildet ist.
22. Anwendung der Applikatoreinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, zur Behandlung von Schmerzen und/oder Verspannungen und/oder Entzündungen, und/oder zur vorzugsweise postoperativen Narben- und Gewebebehandlung und/oder Cellulite, und/oder zur Förderung der Durchblutung und/oder zur Anregung der Lymphtätigkeit und/oder zur Drainage und/oder zur Entwässerung und/oder zur Behandlung von Schwellungen.
