Abstract
Cette invention concerne une vis pour tête fémorale de hanche (MIS A CHS) qui permet la fusion par fixation des os dans le cas de fractures de col simples ou multiples des os fémoraux, ayant les caractéristiques suivantes : fil-guide pour Kirchner (1), vis de compression pour hanche à porte-lame, coulissante, antirotative et verrouillante (MIS A CHS) à invasion minimale (2), partie filetée des vis à os spongieux du système MIS A CHS (2-1), trou traversant la vis pour hanche (2-2), manchon de vis à os cortical pour la compression (2-3), collet conique de la vis pour hanche (2-4), dernière partie s'épaississant progressivement de la vis pour hanche (2-5), manchon à coulisse de la lame antirotative jusqu'à l'extrémité de la vis pour hanche (2-6), manchon fileté de la vis de compression (2-7), butée empêchant la vis pour hanche de se noyer dans l'os (2-8), lame antirotative (3), manchon de vis de propulsion de la lame antirotative (3-1), partie coulissante de la lame antirotative (3-2), partie arrière de la lame antirotative (3-3), vis de compression filetée (4), propulseur coulissant de la lame coulissante antirotative (5), stabilisateur de vis pour hanche (MIS A CHS) (6), mécanisme d'insertion canulé porte-traîneau pour vis pour hanche canulée (MIS A CHS) (7), guide pour la vis à os corticale (8) et vis à os corticale (9).
