Abstract

An apparatus (10) for stamping, cutting and bending sheet metal parts comprises a frame (12) having an implement which can be fastened to the upper mount (22) of said frame and which can be adjusted back and forth between an upper idle position and a lower working position with the upper mount (22) by way of an actuating device (40). A workpiece holder is fastened in a replaceable manner on a lower support structure (20) of the frame (12). Each implement can be attached to the bottom and/or front of the upper mount (22). Devices for replaceably fastening a workpiece holder comprise an upper fastening plate (18, 19), a collar member (70, 72) fastened to the workpiece holder, a face-side opening in the support structure through which the collar member (70, 72) can be inserted into the support structure, and an adjusting device (38, 40, 42) by which a workpiece holder that is inserted in the support structure can be moved into press contact with the support structure and the fastening plate (19) thereof.
