Definitions
- the present invention relates to a child car seat suitable for placing a child on a car.
- a conventional child car seat for a child is a child seat for a young person who directly restrains a child with a seat belt provided in the vehicle.
- the hook 84 is formed at the lower end of the backrest portion 83, and the inner peripheral surface of the hook 84 is engaged with the locking shaft 82 in a state where the backrest portion 83 is in a horizontal state.
- Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 06-141911 discloses a child seat in which the seat portion 81 and the backrest portion 83 are connected by rotating the backrest portion 83 about the locking shaft 82 and standing up. .
- this conventional vehicle child seat is configured such that the backrest portion 83 is rotatable and separable with respect to the seat portion 81, but the backrest portion 83 is rotatable with respect to the seat portion 81. Because it is used, the backrest 83 pivots forward and pushes the child from behind at the time of a collision in the front of the vehicle, which may adversely affect the child, and the backrest of the vehicle seat When the child seat is used in a state close to vertical, the child seat back portion 83 may fall forward even during normal braking during traveling.
- the method of use is limited to a method in which a child is directly restrained by a seat belt provided on the vehicle.
- a crotch belt extending upward from the upper surface of the seat, a pair of left and right shoulder belts extending forward from the upper part of the child contact surface of the backrest, and a buckle for attaching and detaching the crotch belt and the shoulder belt. I could't be restrained.
- a stopper pin 93, the side surface of the seat portion 91, and Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 08-290732 discloses a child seat having a plurality of stopper pins 93 provided on the side surface and engaging holes 94 into which the stopper pins 93 are engaged.
- the reclining operation of the backrest 91 can be easily performed by using the child's own operation while the child seat is being used. Therefore, the angle of the backrest 91 of the child seat can be adjusted by the child's own operation during use.
- the direction is changed to the direction in which the child is restrained, the length of the harness belt 95 for restraining the child is insufficient, and the child is excessively compressed. It was dangerous because it became excessive and the child could not be restrained firmly.
- the backrest portion 92 cannot be removed from the seat portion 91 and used.
- the angle of the backrest portion can be changed with respect to the seating surface, and the child seat for a vehicle having a harness belt that restrains the child on the child seat itself, the backrest portion can be changed by changing the inclination angle of the backrest portion.
- the distance between the belt insertion hole in the seat and the belt insertion hole in the seat cushion changes, and the position of the crotch belt anchor 80 for attaching the crotch belt moves to change the length of the belt of the child belt restraint structure.
- a child seat technology capable of restraining a child in an optimum state is known from Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-49470.
- this conventional vehicle child seat has a complicated structure, and when the manufacturing cost is high, the weight of the child seat itself increases when moving, which adversely affects the behavior of the child seat at the time of collision. Since the backrest portion is not structured to be removable, there is a disadvantage that it cannot be used for a large child whose weight should be increased by directly using the backrest of the vehicle.
- the problem to be solved by the present invention is that it has a simple structure, but when a child seat is installed on a vehicle seat, the angle of the backrest with respect to the seat can be arbitrarily fixed and used.
- the angle of the backrest with respect to the seat is prevented from being changed by the child's own operation, and the angle adjustment is performed with the backrest removed from the seat and the angle adjusted with the backrest removed from the seat.
- the components of the mechanism do not harm the child, and the components of the angle adjustment mechanism remain connected to the seat or the removed seat surface when the backrest is removed from the seat.
- the problem is to prevent the loss of
- the present invention has a seat for a child to sit on, a backrest for receiving the back of the child, and a connecting means for connecting the seat and the backrest. It is detachable, and the backrest portion is configured to be fixed at a plurality of angles with respect to the seat portion, and further includes means for preventing an operation of changing the angle of the backrest portion by a seated child.
- the coupling means includes a coupling portion provided on the rear upper surface of the seat portion, and a coupling portion provided at the lower end of the backrest portion, the first coupling mechanism in which the backrest portion is detachably and pivotably coupled.
- a first connection portion provided on the side wall of the seat portion, a second connection portion having a plurality of connection positions provided on the side wall of the backrest portion, and one of which is rotatable with respect to the first connection portion.
- a second coupling mechanism having a coupling member that is detachably coupled to the second connection portion by a fixing means.
- the second connecting portion provided on the side wall of the backrest portion has a plurality of guide grooves and a plurality of holes provided corresponding to the respective guide grooves
- the connecting member is formed with a protrusion that slides in the guide groove of the backrest on the inner side surface, and the seat is joined to one of the holes of the backrest by the fixing means with the protrusion inserted into the guide groove.
- the angle of the backrest portion is configured to be fixed, and when the coupling position of the connecting member and the hole of the backrest portion is changed, the backrest portion is changed before the change in conjunction with the movement of the protruding portion with respect to the guide groove. It is characterized by being configured to incline backward from the coupling position.
- the guide groove has an abutting portion that abuts against the protrusion of the coupling member at a coupling position of the coupling member by the fixing means and the hole of the backrest portion, and the coupling member by the fixing means and the hole of the backrest portion Regardless of the presence or absence of coupling, the forward movement of the backrest portion is controlled by the projection portion of the coupling portion coming into contact with the contact portion of the guide groove.
- the angle change operation preventing means preferably has a cover that covers at least a part of the fixing means of the upper connecting member.
- angle change operation preventing means may have a structure having a lock mechanism that operates in conjunction with the mounting of the seat belt on the seat of the vehicle.
- connection portion connectable to the other of the coupling members is provided on the side wall of the seat portion, and the third of the coupling members is provided to the seat portion with the backrest portion removed from the seat portion. It is good to comprise so that it can couple

- the child restraint attached to the child car seat during use because it does not push the child from behind by rotating it forward and has means to prevent the seated child from changing the angle of the backrest. This prevents the harness belt from becoming too tight and squeezes the child, and conversely, the harness belt does not loosen and the safety is not impaired.
- the backrest can be removed from the seat and the child can be secured directly with the seat belt installed on the vehicle. Does not form a protrusion toward the child, and the component of the angle adjustment mechanism is maintained in a state where it is coupled to the seat or the removed seat surface when the backrest is removed from the seat. There is an effect to prevent the loss of.
