Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical machine (10), in particular a starter device for a combustion engine. The electrical machine (10) comprises a housing (12), in which an armature shaft (16) is mounted. The armature shaft (16) is mounting in a bearing cover (14, 50). A bearing pin (36) receives the bearing (18), wherein the bearing pin (36) can be adjusted in order to adjust the axial clearance of the armature shaft (16).
