Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de fermeture à organe d'inviolabilité et indication d'effraction, pour fermetures comprenant un surcouvercle (1) articulé possédant un organe d'inviolabilité extérieur (9), ledit surcouvercle (1) pouvant se déplacer entre un état ouvert et un état fermé, sans blocage, avant le remplissage du récipient, le blocage étant réalisé postérieurement au moment approprié. L'organe d'inviolabilité (9) s'étend à partir du surcouvercle (1) et se présente sous la forme d'une languette comportant, au niveau de la jonction, une zone fragilisée et cassante, et, au voisinage de son extrémité libre, un organe de blocage (11) qui coopère avec un élément de retenue (12) prévu sur le bord extérieur du corps du couvercle. La languette (9) présente une structure dans laquelle la concentration de masse et/ou le centre de gravité se trouve au niveau d'une zone entre l'élément de blocage (12) et la zone cassante (10), un élément d'indication visuelle étant en outre prévu dans cette zone. Après le blocage de la languette, lors d'une rupture de la zone fragilisée, la languette (9) tourne automatiquement, sous l'action de la force de gravité, autour de l'élément de retenue (12), déplaçant alors un élément d'indication visuelle vers une position inférieure.
