Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de lavage en plastique recyclé; les déchets plastiques pouvant être lavés, déshydratés et séchés au moyen d'une pièce d'équipement et l'espace occupé par l'équipement pouvant être considérablement réduit; l'air est injecté avec une pale tournante, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité du lavage et d'éliminer facilement les matières contaminantes. Ledit dispositif de lavage comprend: un réservoir d'eau en haut duquel est formée une partie alimentation en eau et à la base duquel est formée une partie évacuation d'eau destinée à l'évacuation de l'eau de nettoyage; un réservoir de lavage formé de plusieurs trous de déshydratation, positionné à l'intérieur du réservoir d'eau, lave et déshydrate le plastique brisé; un arbre de rotation qui traverse les parties inférieures du réservoir d'eau et du réservoir de lavage est doté d'une pale formée à une extrémité et possède un chemin de pulvérisation formé à l'intérieur; une partie alimentation d'air qui alimente en air le réservoir de lavage par le biais du chemin de pulvérisation; et une unité d'entraînement qui fait tourner l'arbre de rotation.
