Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de clou intramédullaire fémoral (Femoral Intramedullary Nail, FIN) polyvalent à système de verrouillage multiple, assurant la fusion par fixation de l'os, sur fracture simple ou multiple du fémur, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (4) du clou FIN (1) comporte sept trous de verrouillage et un trou oblique de forme ovale (5) qui garantit la compression et permet le verrouillage selon cinq angles différents; deux trous (6, 7) offrant des possibilités d'angle à 130 degrés en position distale et proximale par rapport à l'axe du clou (1) et des possibilités d'angle à 10 degrés vers la droite et la gauche, selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (5), pour le fémur droit et le fémur gauche; deux trous (15, 16) formant entre eux un angle de 24 degrés dans le plan sagittal; deux trous (17, 18) formant entre eux un angle de 12 degrés dans le plan sagittal. L'autre extrémité comporte deux trous (19, 20) formant entre eux un angle de 12 degrés dans le plan sagittal. Le clou FIN (1) se décompose comme suit: corps du clou FIN polyvalent à système de verrouillage multiple (1), partie initiale courbe du corps (1) du clou FIN polyvalent à système de verrouillage multiple (2), trou fileté pour la connexion à la partie d'insertion du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple (3), partie rectiligne variable environ entre 125-145mm du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple (4), trou oblique polyvalent (5) offrant des possibilités d'angle à 130 degrés en position distale et proximale par rapport à l'axe du clou (1) et des possibilités d'angle à 10 degrés vers la droite et la gauche, selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (5), pour le fémur droit et le fémur gauche (6), offrant des possibilités d'angle à 130 degrés en position distale et proximale par rapport à l'axe du clou (1) et des possibilités d'angle à 10 degrés vers la droite et la gauche, selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (5), pour le fémur droit et le fémur gauche (7), partie du corps courbe du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple (8), extrémité en forme de coin du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple, permettant la fixation dans la vis de verrouillage support distale (12) et assurant le verrouillage (9), partie à encoche de l'extrémité en forme coin (9) du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple, permettant la fixation dans la vis de verrouillage support distale (12) et assurant le verrouillage (10), partie canulée longitudinalement du clou FIN polyvalent (1) à système de verrouillage multiple (11), vis de verrouillage support distale (12), fente de la vis de verrouillage support distale (12) dans laquelle s'adapte (13) le clou FIN (1), fente pour la vis prisonnière assurant le verrouillage mutuel (14) de la vis de verrouillage support distale (12) et du clou FIN (1), trou incliné selon un angle de 12 degrés vers la droite à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (15), trou incliné selon un angle de 12 degrés vers la gauche à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (16), trou incliné selon un angle de 6 degrés vers la droite à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (17), trou incliné selon un angle de 6 degrés vers la gauche à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (18), trou incliné selon un angle de 6 degrés vers la droite à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (19), trou incliné selon un angle de 6 degrés vers la gauche à l'axe radial selon la polyvalence du trou oblique (20).
