Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à effectuer des mouvements d'exercice et utilisant un élément souple allongé possédant une position relâchée dans laquelle l'élément souple allongé présente une forme générale en arc. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, une extrémité de l'élément souple allongé est soutenue dans une position sensiblement fixe. Une extrémité opposée de l'élément souple allongé est manipulée de telle sorte que l'extrémité opposée soit rapprochée de l'extrémité considérée sensiblement dans un premier plan. Par cette manipulation, l'élément souple allongé est déformé de la position relâchée à une position fléchie. L'extrémité opposée de l'élément souple allongé subit une rotation dans un deuxième plan, différent du premier plan, tout en maintenant l'élément souple allongé en position fléchie. Dans un procédé apparenté, les deux extrémités de l'élément souple allongé peuvent être manipulées pour passer en position fléchie.
