Abstract
L'invention concerne une technique de recyclage, et en particulier un véhicule destiné à une activité de recyclage, capable de réutiliser aisément un fluide hydraulique de fonctionnement à base d'eau et de glycol tout en limitant le temps et le coût de séparation et d'élimination du fluide hydraulique de fonctionnement, et également capable de contribuer à la réduction de l'impact sur l'environnement planétaire en réduisant les rejets de déchets d'agent de démoulage. Un système de recyclage des déchets d'agent de démoulage selon l'invention est muni d'un dispositif séparateur (2) huile-eau du type coalesceur sous charge servant à accélérer la séparation huile-eau en appliquant une tension entre des électrodes internes, un moyen (8) d'alimentation électrique servant à fournir une énergie d'excitation au dispositif séparateur (2) huile-eau du type coalesceur sous charge, un moyen (3) de mesure du pH servant à mesurer la valeur du pH des déchets d'agent de démoulage, une chambre (7) de stockage servant à stocker temporairement les déchets d'agent de démoulage soumis au traitement d'élimination d'huile par le dispositif séparateur (2) huile-eau du type coalesceur sous charge, un dispositif (4) d'amenée de solution abaissant le pH servant à ajouter dans la chambre de stockage une solution abaissant le pH afin d'abaisser le pH des déchets d'agent de démoulage, et un moyen (92) de régulation de la quantité ajoutée servant à réguler la quantité de solution abaissant le pH ajoutée par le dispositif (4) d'amenée de solution abaissant le pH de telle manière que la valeur du pH des déchets d'agent de démoulage se situe dans une plage prédéterminée sur la base de la valeur de pH obtenue par le moyen (3) de mesure du pH.
