Abstract
Description
本願は、2008年9月11日に、日本国に出願された特願2008-233424号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
また、特許文献2には袋基材表面にカプサイシンなどのトリ類に対する忌避剤が塗布され、該忌避剤が塗布された表面をパラフィンで覆った果実袋が開示されている。特許文献3にはアセタミプリドなどのシロアリ防除活性成分を紙からなる積層体に保持させたシロアリ防除剤が開示されている。しかし、アセタミプリドなどの農薬活性成分を溶媒に溶かして紙基材に含浸させると、紙基材が脆くなることがあった。
本発明者は、上記目的を達成するために鋭意研究した結果、25℃の水に対する飽和溶解度が500ppm以上である農薬活性成分A、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、およびワックスを含有する農薬組成物を、加熱して融解させ、該融解物を紙等からなるシート基材や袋基材に塗布または含浸させることによって、シート基材や袋基材等に均一に保持させることができ且つ基材を劣化させずに長期間使用可能な取り扱い性の良い農薬シートや果実袋が得られることを見出した。また、農薬活性成分A以外の農薬活性成分をさらに含んでも、農薬シートや果実袋が得られることを見出した。本発明はこの知見に基づきさらに検討し完成するに至ったものである。
好ましくは、本発明は、25℃の水に対する飽和溶解度が500ppm以上である農薬活性成分A、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、およびワックスを含有する農薬組成物である。
本発明は、農薬活性成分およびソルビタン脂肪酸エステルを加熱融解させた混合物と、加熱融解させたワックスとを混合することを含む前記農薬組成物の製造方法である。
また、本発明は、シート基材または袋基材に前記農薬組成物が保持されてなる農薬シートまたは果実袋である。
さらに本発明は、前記農薬組成物を加熱して融解させ、該融解物をシート基材または袋基材に塗布または含浸させることを含む農薬シートまたは果実袋の製法である。
本発明に用いられる農薬活性成分は、殺菌剤、殺虫剤、殺ダニ剤、植物生長調節剤、除草剤、殺そ剤、防菌剤、防かび剤、防藻剤などの一般に農薬として使用される化合物であれば、特に限定されるものではない。これらの化合物は単独でまたは2種以上を混合して使用できる。
好ましくは、25℃の水に対する飽和溶解度が500ppm以上の農薬活性成分である。(以後、農薬活性成分Aという。)該農薬活性成分Aとして、殺菌剤、殺虫剤、殺ダニ剤、植物生長調節剤、除草剤、殺そ剤、防菌剤、防かび剤、防藻剤などの一般に農薬として使用される化合物を使用できる。これらの化合物は単独でまたは2種以上を混合して使用できる。
農薬活性成分Aとしては、(E)-N-(6-クロロ-3-ピリジルメチル)-N-エチル-N’-メチル-2-ニトロビニリデンジアミン〔一般名:ニテンピラム、水溶解度:約2000ppm〕、(E)-N1-〔(6-クロロ-3-ピリジル)メチル〕-N2-シアノ-N1-メチルアセタミジン〔一般名:アセタミプリド、水溶解度:4200ppm〕、1-(6-クロロ-3-ピリジルメチル)-N-ニトロイミダゾリジン-2-イリデンアミン〔一般名:イミダクロプリド、水溶解度:510ppm(20℃)〕、3-(2-クロロ-1,3-チアゾール-5-メチル-1,3,5-オキサジアジナン-4-イリデン〔一般名:チアメトキサム、水溶解度:4100ppm〕、(E)-1-(2-クロロ-1,3-チアゾール-5-イルメチル-3-メチル-2-ニトログアニジン〔一般名:クロチアニジン、水溶解度:0.327g/L(20℃)〕、(RS)-1-メチル-2-ニトロ-3-(テトラヒドロ-3-フリルメチル)グアニジン〔一般名:ジノテフラン、水溶解度:54.3g/L(20℃)〕等のネオニコチノイド系化合物;
農薬活性成分Aは、農薬組成物の総質量に対して、通常0.01~10質量%、好ましくは0.1~5質量%で含有させることができる。
農薬活性成分Bは、農薬組成物の総質量に対して、好ましくは0.01~10質量%、より好ましくは0.1~5質量%で含有させることができる。
例えば、特開2008-5828号公報記載の農薬活性成分が挙げられる。具体的には、ピレトリンI、ピレトリンII、シネリンI、シネリンII、ジャスモリンI、ジャスモリンII、アレスリンI、アレスリンII、D-テトラメトリン、レスメトリン、フラメトリン、フェノトリン(スミスリン)、ペルメトリン、シフェノトリン、ブラトリン、エトフェンプロックス(ベクトロン)、シフルトリン、テフルトリン、ビフェントリン、レスメトリン、シペルメトリン、フルバリネート等のピレスロイド化合物;ダイアジノン、プロチオホス(トクチオン)、ジクロルボス(DDVP)、テメホス(アベイト)、ピリダフェンチオン(オフナック)、トリクロルホン(ディプテレックス)、フェニトロチオン(スミチオン)、フェンチオン(バイテックス)、プロペンタホス(サフロチン)、クロロピリホスメチル(ザーテル)、マラソン、スプラサイド、オルトラン、カルホス等の有機リン化合物が挙げられる。
農薬活性成分Cは、農薬組成物の総質量に対して、好ましくは0.01~10質量%、より好ましくは0.1~5質量%で含有させることができる。
本発明に用いられるソルビタン脂肪酸エステルとしては、ソルビタンモノラウレート(エマゾールL-10V(商品名/花王ケミカル社製))、ソルビタンモノパルミテート(エマゾールP-10V(商品名/花王ケミカル社製))、ソルビタンモノステアレート(イオネットS-60V(商品名/三洋化成社製))、ソルビタンモノオレート(イオネットS-80(商品名/三洋化成社製))、ソルビタンジステアレート(レオドールSP-S20(商品名/花王ケミカル社製))、ソルビタンセスキオレート(レオドールAO-15V(商品名/花王ケミカル社製))、ソルビタントリオレート(イオネットS-85(商品名/三洋化成社製))等を挙げることができる。本発明では、これらのソルビタン脂肪酸エステルを単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
ソルビタン脂肪酸エステルは、農薬組成物の総質量に対して、通常2~40質量%、好ましくは10~25質量%で含有させることができる。
本発明に用いられるワックスとしては、キャンデリラワックス、木ロウ、ライスワックス等の植物系ワックス;蜜ロウ、ラノリン、鯨ロウ、牛脂等の動物系ワックス;マイクロクリスタリンワックス、パラフィンワックス、ペトロラクタム、カルナウバワックス、酸化ワックス、エステルワックス、ウレタンワックス、ポリオレフィン、酸化ポリエチレン等の石油系ワックスが挙げられる。ワックスは単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。これらのうち、常温で固体の石油ワックスが好ましく、マイクロクリスタリンワックスまたはパラフィンワックスがより好ましい。ワックスは、その分子構造において、分岐型(イソパラフィン)、直鎖型(ノルマルパラフィン)またはこれらの混合物であることが好ましい。さらに融点が50~95℃のものが好ましい。なお、パラフィンワックスは、炭素数が20~40程度、分子量が300~550程度の炭化水素である。マイクロクリスタリンワックスは、炭素数が30~60程度、分子量が500~800程度の炭化水素である。
ワックスは、農薬組成物の総質量に対して、通常97.99質量%以下、好ましくは89.9質量%以下で、必須成分として含有させることができる。なお、ワックスは農薬組成物中に少なくとも30質量%含有させることが好ましい。
本発明の農薬組成物には、必要に応じて、さらに、溶剤、防腐剤、顔料、染料、可塑剤、界面活性剤、分散剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤等を含有しても良い。
溶剤としては、例えば、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール類等が挙げられる。
防腐剤としては、例えば、1,2-ベンゾイソチアゾリン-3-オン(BIT)、2-メチル-4-イソチアゾリン-3-オン(MIT)、5-クロロ-2-メチル-4-イソチアゾリン-3-オン(Cl―MIT)等が挙げられる。
顔料又は染料としては、例えば、二酸化チタン、炭酸カルシウム、アルミナ、クレー、タルク、カオリン、オーカー、酸化亜鉛、クロム酸亜鉛、クロム酸鉛、金属亜鉛末、アルミニウム粉、群青、紺青、ベンガラ、水酸化アルミニウム、ジルコニア、サチンホワイト、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、硫酸バリウム等の無機顔料、又は、アゾ系顔料、アゾ系分散染料、フタロシアニン系顔料、アントラキノン系分散染料等の有機染顔料等が挙げられる。
本発明の農薬シートおよび果実袋は、シート基材または袋基材に前記農薬組成物が保持されてなるものである。農薬シートまたは果実袋に用いられる基材は、従来から使用されている公知のものである。例えば、白色模造紙、褐色模造紙、赤色模造紙、筋入りクラフト紙、筋無クラフト紙、新聞用原紙などの紙からなるもの;ビニールシート;布地などが挙げられる。
基材に農薬組成物を保持させる好ましい方法は、前記農薬組成物を加熱して融解させ、該融解状態の農薬組成物をシート基材または袋基材に塗布または含浸させることを含むものである。このように融解状態にして農薬組成物を塗布または含浸させることによって、均一に基材に保持させることができる。さらに、原因は定かでないが、本発明の農薬組成物を融解状態にして塗布又は含浸させると、基材の劣化を抑制でき、基材が着色したり、経時で脆くなったりするのを防ぐことができる。
アセタミプリド原体(一般名/日本曹達社製)0.25質量部と、ソルビタンモノステアレート(イオネットS-60V(商品名/三洋化成社製))5.0質量部を、110℃で加温融解させ攪拌し均一にした。この加温融解した混合物に、110℃であらかじめ融解させたパラフィンワックス(ParaffinWax-140(商品名/日本精蝋社製))19.75質量部を添加し、攪拌し、均一な状態にして、アセタミプリド原体を1%含有する農薬組成物を調製した。農薬組成物は常温固状であった。得られた農薬組成物を、110℃で融解させて、市販の刷毛を用いて、一般用A4用紙に塗布して、農薬シートを得た。紙面には、農薬組成物が均一に塗布されており、べた付きはなかった。
アセタミプリド原体(一般名/日本曹達社製)0.25質量部、イミノクタジンアルベシル酸塩原体(水-メタノール28%含有、一般名/日本曹達社製)0.43質量部と、ソルビタンモノステアレート(イオネットS-60V(商品名/三洋化成社製))5.0質量部を、110℃で加温融解させ攪拌し均一にした。この加温融解した混合物に、110℃であらかじめ融解させたパラフィンワックス(ParaffinWax-140(商品名/日本精蝋社製))19.32質量部を添加し、攪拌し、均一な状態にして、アセタミプリド原体1%とイミノクタジンアルベシル酸塩原体1%を含有する農薬組成物を調製した。農薬組成物は常温固状であった。得られた農薬組成物を、110℃で融解させて、市販の刷毛を用いて、一般用A4用紙に塗布して、農薬シート得た。紙面には、農薬組成物が均一に塗布されており、べた付きはなかった。
実施例1において、ソルビタンモノステアレートを含まない組成物を調製した。加温しても組成物は相溶状態とならず、アセタミプリドが分離したままであった。得られた組成物を、110℃で融解させて、市販の刷毛を用いて、一般用A4用紙に塗布して、農薬シートを得ようとした。しかし、紙面に組成物が斑に塗布され、目的とする農薬シートが得られなかった。
アセタミプリド原体(一般名/日本曹達社製)0.25質量部を、110℃で加温融解させ攪拌し均一にした。この融解物に、110℃であらかじめ融解させたソルビタンモノラウレート(Newcol 20(商品名/日本乳化剤社製))24.75質量部を添加し、攪拌し、均一な状態にして、アセタミプリド原体を1%含有する組成物を調製した。組成物は常温ペースト状であった。得られた組成物を、110℃で融解させて、市販の刷毛を用いて、一般用A4用紙に塗布した。塗布面にべた付きがあり、取り扱い性の悪いシートが得られた。
比較例2におけるソルビタンモノラウレートをソルビタンモノステアレート(イオネットS-60V(商品名/三洋化成社製))に替えた以外は比較例2と同じ手法で、アセタミプリド原体を1%含有する組成物を調製した。得られた組成物を、110℃で融解させて、市販の刷毛を用いて、一般用A4用紙に塗布した。融解物の粘度が高く塗布時の抵抗が高かった。塗布面にべた付きがあり、濃く着色しており、取り扱い性の悪いシートが得られた。
実施例1で得られた農薬シートを、所望の大きさに裁断して、大袋(10×20cm)サイズに製袋し果実袋の内袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を外袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋1を得た。得られた果実袋には1枚当たり4mgのアセタミプリドが含有していた。
果実袋1とは逆に、実施例1で得られた農薬シートを製袋して外袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を内袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋2を得た。この果実袋には1枚当たり4mgのアセタミプリドが含有していた。
実施例2で得られた農薬シートを、所望の大きさに裁断して、大袋(10×20cm)サイズに製袋し果実袋の内袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を外袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋3を得た。
ワックスのみを塗布した紙を製袋して内袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を外袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋4を得た。
比較例2で得られた農薬シートを、所望の大きさに裁断して、大袋(10×20cm)サイズに製袋し果実袋の内袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を外袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋を得ようとした。内袋はべた付きがあり製袋が難しかった。
比較例3で得られた農薬シートを、所望の大きさに裁断して、大袋(10×20cm)サイズに製袋し果実袋の内袋とし、褐色模造紙からなる袋を外袋とする二重袋タイプの果実袋を得ようとした。内袋はべた付きがあり製袋が難しかった。
ナシヒメシンクイの卵が約10個載ったビニールシート片を、1cm厚に輪切したシルクメイト(日本農産株式会社製)の上に、卵がシルクメイトに接しない向きで載せて、シルクメイトに卵を接種した。卵接種されたシルクメイトを、果実袋1~4のそれぞれに一つ入れて、袋をとじた。該袋を腰高シャーレに入れた。前記シャーレを、1日に16時間照明が点灯するように設定された25℃の恒温室に入れた。卵接種から12日経過後、シャーレを取り出し、生存幼虫数を数えた。これを1区2反(A、B)復で行った。
防除率は、下記の式にて算出した。その結果を表1に示す。

Claims (12)
- 農薬活性成分、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、およびワックスを含有する農薬組成物。
- 前記農薬活性成分が、25℃の水に対する飽和溶解度が500ppm以上である農薬活性成分Aである請求項1に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記農薬活性成分Aがネオニコチノイド系化合物である請求項2に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記農薬活性成分Aが、ニテンピラム、イミダクロプリド、アセタミプリド、チアメトキサム、クロチアニジンおよびジノテフランからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項2に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記農薬活性成分Aがアセタミプリドである請求項2に記載の農薬組成物。
- 有機塩からなる農薬活性成分Bをさらに含有する請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記農薬活性成分Bがイミノクタジンアルベシル酸塩である請求項6に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記ワックスがマイクロクリスタリンワックスまたはパラフィンワックスである請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 農薬活性成分およびソルビタン脂肪酸エステルを加熱融解させた混合物と、加熱融解させたワックスとを混合することを含む請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物の製造方法。
