Abstract
La présente invention concerne une machine à laver (1) comprenant un dispositif de blanchissage et de stérilisation de l'eau, ce dispositif présentant une tubulure de recirculation d'eau de lavage (9), une pompe (8) destinée à pomper l'eau de lavage à travers la tubulure (9), ainsi qu'un générateur d'ozone (10) installé dans ladite tubulure (9). De manière générale, l'invention se caractérise en ce que la tubulure de recirculation d'eau (9) comporte, en aval du générateur d'ozone (10), une source d'émission de rayons ultraviolets (12) présentant une longueur d'onde comprise entre 320 nm et 100 nm. La machine à laver de l'invention peut être un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, une machine de stérilisation d'eau, notamment d'eaux hospitalières, ou une machine de lavage d'ustensiles domestiques. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement de l'eau.
