Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour former un revêtement. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : à faire coaguler de la poudre présentant une grosseur de particules moyenne comprise entre 30 et 5.000 nm par vibration pour transformer la poudre en granules présentant une grosseur de particules moyenne comprise entre 1 et 20 µm; à broyer ces granules par rotation pour les transformer en une poudre de revêtement présentant une grosseur de particules moyenne comprise entre 30 et 5.000 nm; et à effectuer un processus de formation de revêtement par pulvérisation au plasma atmosphérique au moyen de la poudre de revêtement en tant que matière de pulvérisation pour revêtir un matériau de base.
