Abstract
본 발명은 연속공정으로 이루어진 프레스 경화 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 전기로 및 고로에서 정련된 용강을 연속주조에 의해 슬라브로 만든 후 재가열하고 열간 압연하여 열연강판으로 제조하는 슬라브 캐스팅 공정과; 상기 슬라브 캐스팅 공정 실시 후 상기 열연강판을 밀폐오븐을 통해 블랭크로 이송하여 블랭킹하는 블랭킹 공정과; 상기 블랭킹 공정 후 프레스 금형으로 이송하여 프레스 성형하는 프레스 경화 공정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 열간압연시 나오는 고온의 강판을 바로 프레스 경화 공정에 투입하므로 추가적인 재가열 공정이 요구되지 않아 공정단순화를 통한 원가절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
