Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a lighting device, and more particularly, using a light-emitting diode (LED) element as a light source, a convective heat radiation frame with rapid heat dissipation, which prevents degradation of light output and life of the LED element, and prevents glare and light attenuation. It relates to an LED lighting device that achieves a uniform illumination without.
  • LED light-emitting diode
  • LED devices have been in the spotlight as light sources of various lighting devices. LED devices have less heat generation than conventional illumination light sources, and have advantages such as low power consumption, long lifespan, and impact resistance. In addition, since mercury or a discharge gas is not used, such as a fluorescent lamp, the manufacturing process has an advantage of not causing environmental pollution.
  • the LED device If the LED device provides proper power supply and heat dissipation means, it can be kept on even after 100,000 hours of use.
  • the light output of all light sources gradually decreases with time, but up to 80% of the initial brightness is not easily perceived by humans, and based on this, the lighting life of LED devices is currently estimated to be about 40,000 to 50,000 hours. Therefore, the LED element can be said to be a long lifespan light source with a very long life compared to 1500 hours of incandescent bulbs and 10,000 hours of fluorescent lamps.
  • the driving current is increased in the LED device to obtain a high brightness and high output light source
  • the power loss of the LED device is increased, so that most of the electrical energy is converted into heat and the junction of the LED device is in a high temperature state.
  • the LED device Even if the current flows in a constant state, the LED device has a characteristic of not only declining light output and light efficiency when the junction temperature increases, but also reducing operating life. Therefore, in order to improve lighting performance and operation life, the heat generated at the junction of the LED device should be discharged to the outside as soon as possible.
  • a high brightness LED device is mounted on a front surface of an integrated metal housing (housing) in which cooling fins are formed in various heat dissipation structures, and a semicircular milky white diffusion cover is mounted thereon to manufacture LED lighting lamps.
  • this method not only reduces the projection angle of the LED light source and increases the light attenuation by the milky white diffuser cover, but also decreases the illuminance, and thermal accumulation occurs inside the diffuser cover. There was a problem that is shortened.
  • a general bulb type LED lighting lamp is divided into a DC power supply, a metal heat dissipation housing, a high-brightness LED element mounted on the front of the housing, and a milky white diffusion cover, and are integrally combined. It is very difficult to replace the LED element and the DC power supply unit mounted in one piece finely, and most of the used products are disposed of, so there was a problem of producing waste and wasting resources.
  • the LED device is a point light source that emits light from the semiconductor device, and the light emitting surface of the LED device has a structure in which light is collected and emitted on the entire surface using a small reflector and an epoxy lens. Therefore, when emitting light with high brightness to increase the brightness, most of the LED lighting lamps have a milky white round diffusion cover on the LED elements, or a semi-transparent material formed with irregular bends in the form of irregularities to eliminate glare.
  • the reflector was put on the LED light source and used as LED lighting.
  • the diffuse diffuser or irregular diffuser of irregular irregular structure has the disadvantage of greatly reducing the illumination by attenuating the amount of light of the LED device due to the nature of the light diffusion material and diffuse reflection structure. Therefore, in consideration of the reduced amount of light, more high-brightness LED elements are mounted in the light source unit, and accordingly, the amount of heat generation is also doubled, thereby increasing the heat dissipation function. There was a problem that the manufacturing cost is greatly increased, LED lighting device is expensive.
