Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif prothétique d’essai ajustable pour le genou, qui comprend un composant fémoral (6) et un composant tibial (7), adaptés pour interagir l’un avec l’autre, le composant fémoral (6) comprenant une partie de plaque de base (61), adaptée pour être fixée à une extrémité distale (E, F) d’un fémur (2); une partie d’articulation (63), adaptée pour l’interaction avec le composant tibial (7) sur sensiblement toute la plage d’angles de flexion naturelle d’une articulation du genou; et des moyens d’ajustement pour ajuster le déplacement par translation et/ou par rotation de la partie d’articulation (63) relativement à la partie de plaque de base (61). Dans un procédé avantageux de positionnement d’une prothèse de genou, dans une première étape, un composant fémoral (6) d’un dispositif prothétique d’essai pour le genou avec une partie d’articulation (63) et une partie de plaque de base (61) est monté sur une extrémité distale (E, F) d’un fémur (1), et un composant tibial (7) d’un dispositif prothétique d’essai pour le genou avec une partie d’articulation (72, 72’) et une partie de plaque de base (71) est monté sur une extrémité proximale (D) d’un tibia correspondant (2).
