They have first portions 66 and 68, respectively, which connect perpendicular to the bottom 38 and which are therefore substantially parallel to one another. These first two portions are extended by respective second portions 70 and 72 which converge towards one another and terminate in the free ends 58 and 60. As these second portions 70, 72 converge towards one another, towards the free ends, that is to say towards the opening of the clamp, they contribute to the clamping of the clamp on the block of fins.
- the free ends 58 and 60 are bent in opposite directions to facilitate engagement of the clamp on the fin block.

Their function is to prevent inadvertent movement of the device parallel to the direction of the tubes of the beam. They are advantageously provided with a striated structure to facilitate cooperation with the edges of the fins.
