Abstract

L'invention porte sur des couches semi-jetables pour bébés et adultes, qui comportent deux parties dont l'une est la partie couche constituée de matériaux absorbants qui pourra être jetée après une seule utilisation, et dont l'autre est une ceinture ajustable qui peut être utilisée plus d'une fois. La ceinture ajustable peut être attachée à la couche, en l'ajustant confortablement sur la taille de l'utilisateur à l'aide de moyens de liaison qui permettent d'attacher et de retirer la ceinture de la couche.
