Abstract

L'invention concerne, dans un mode réalisation, un appareil de cuisson. Ledit appareil de cuisson comprend une cavité et un brûleur. La chambre de cuisson est formée dans la cavité et le brûleur est placé à l'intérieur de la cavité. Un mélange gazeux de gaz et d'air alimente le brûleur qui génère des flammes en brûlant le mélange gazeux. Le brûleur comprend : une unité d'alimentation qui fournit le gaz et l'air; et une ou plusieurs unités de combustion dotées de plusieurs trous de flammes pour produire des flammes, le gaz et l'air alimentent les unités de combustion à partir de l'unité d'alimentation. Des espaces sont formés entre les trous de flammes des unités de combustion et permettent le transfert de flammes en étant connectés les uns aux autres.
