L'invention concerne un élément de parure ou de décoration (1, 1', 1'', 1''') de type nouveau, destiné à se fixer simplement sur un vêtement de dessus (5), en particulier une chemise ou un chemisier. L'élément de parure possède deux segments structurels qui sont reliés par une zone de liaison et entre lesquels un bouton (4) du vêtement de dessus (5) peut être pris avec un faible jeu. L'élément de parure ou de décoration (1, 1', 1'', 1''') peut de préférence être porté dans la partie basse du torse et permet de remplacer des éléments de décorations traditionnels comme les cravates. L'élément de parure ou de décoration nouveau permet de créer une nouvelle tendance dans le domaine de la mode pour femmes ou pour hommes avec des types totalement nouveaux de bijoux, de supports publicitaires et d'articles de décoration.
