Abstract

La présente invention concerne un bassin (1) comprenant une coque (2). Le bassin est caractérisé en ce que ladite coque est formée d'une pluralité de modules (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) disposés de manière adjacente avec interposition d'une garniture d'étanchéité (4) entre deux modules au niveau de leurs rives d'assemblage, lesdits modules (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) étant maintenus assemblés entre eux par des moyens de liaison (8).

Claims

REVENDICATIONS MODIFIÉES reçues par le Bureau international le 25 janvier 2010 (25.01.2010)
1. Bassin (1), tel que bassin (1) de piscine formé d'un fond et de parois latérales, ledit bassin comprenant une coque (2), ladite coque (2) étant formée d'une pluralité de modules préfabriqués moulés à base de matériau polymère (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) disposés de manière adjacente avec interposition au moins partielle d'une garniture d'étanchéité(4), ayant une forme sensiblement en T, entre deux modules adjacents au niveau de leurs rives d'assemblage, lesdites rives comportant une aile d'assemblage (14) formée par un repli arrondi de la rive vers l'extérieur de la coque (2), lesdits modules (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) étant maintenus assemblés entre eux de façon démontable par des moyens de liaison (8), caractérisé en ce que chacun des modules (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) forme en un seul bloc à la fois au moins une partie du fond et des parois latérales du bassin.

Bassin (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bassin est formé d'au moins deux modules d'extrémité qui comportent chacun une partie de fond et trois parois latérales pour former les extrémités du bassin et, entre les modules d'extrémité, de 0 à n modules, dits intermédiaires, qui comportent chacun une paroi de fond et deux parois latérales.

Bassin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque module (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) comprend, au niveau de sa rive d'assemblage à un module adjacent, une aile d'assemblage (14), de sorte que ladite garniture d'étanchéité (4) est prise au moins partiellement en sandwich entre lesdites ailes d'assemblage (14), les ailes d'assemblage (14) de deux modules adjacents formant en coopération avec la garniture d'étanchéité une gorge ouverte en direction de l'extérieur de la coque, ladite gorge étant remplie d'une garniture d'étanchéité supplémentaire (7).
4. Bassin (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité supplémentaire (7) est formée d'une matière malléable durcissant au contact de l'air.

Bassin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque garniture d'étanchéité (4) interposée au moins partiellement entre deux produits adjacents présente une forme sensiblement en T délimitant une aile verticale dite âme (4c) du T s'insérant entre les ailes (14) d'assemblages et une aile horizontale, ladite aile horizontale étant formée de deux branches (4a), chaque branche (4a) de ladite garniture d'étanchéité venant se plaquer sur la surface intérieure d'un module dans la zone jouxtant la zone d'assemblage du module à un module adjacent, de manière à obtenir des surfaces de fond et de parois latérales étanches et sans obstacle au niveau de la rive d'assemblage. 11

Bassin (1) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (4) présente d'une part, ménagée au niveau des branches horizontales, une gorge centrale (6) s'étendant au droit de l'âme (4c) du T, d'autre part des lèvres (4b) s'étendant dans la zone de liaison entre l'âme (4c) du T et les branches (4a) horizontales du T, de manière à permettre la déformation par cintrage de ladite garniture (4).

Bassin (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque garniture d'étanchéité (4), interposée au moins partiellement entre les ailes d'assemblage de deux modules (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) adjacents se présente sous forme d'un corps allongé percé d'orifices décalés axialement le long dudit corps, chaque orifice (3) de la garniture d'étanchéité (4) étant apte à coopérer par l'intermédiaire des moyens de liaison (8) avec un orifice (15) traversant ménagé sur les ailes d'assemblage.
8. Bassin (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre deux orifices (3) successifs décalés axialement de la garniture d'étanchéité
(4) est inférieure à la distance entre deux orifices (15) successifs décalés axialement de chaque aile d'assemblage de manière à permettre une tension de la garniture d'étanchéité (4) lors de l'assemblage des modules à l'aide des moyens de liaison (8).
9. Bassin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison (8) sont un sertissage, un rivetage ou un système vis/écrou.
10. Bassin (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre, d'une part, des éléments (13) de renfort de forme triangulaire, disposés au niveau des ailes d'assemblage (14) et se raccordant par l'un des côtés du triangle aux ailes d'assemblage 14 et par un autre côté du triangle à la surface externe des modules, et, d'autre part, des éléments de renfort (12), sous forme de sections ou de poutres verticales, disposés le long des parois extérieures des modules 2a, 2b, 2c et 2d, de manière à renforcer la résistance mécanique du bassin.
