Abstract

본 발명은 수격현상 방지용 체크밸브에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 유체의 유출입이 이루어지는 유입구와 유출구가 형성된 제1하우징과, 일측이 상기 유출구와 결합되고 타측에는 걸림턱이 형성된 중공관 형상의 제2하우징과, 상기 제2하우징 내부에 설치되는 몸체와 상기 몸체 일측에 구비되어 상기 유출구를 개폐하는 디스크와 상기 디스크 가장자리에 형성되어 유체가 통과하는 토출공으로 구성되는 개폐변으로 이루어지는 체크밸브에 있어서, 상기 몸체 일측으로부터 삽입완충구가 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1하우징 내측 가장자리에는 상기 삽입완충구가 삽입되면서 충진된 유체에 의해 완충될 수 있는 제1완충홈이 형성되며, 상기 제2하우징 상에는 상기 몸체의 타측이 삽입되면서 충진된 유체에 의해 완충될 수 있는 제2완충홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하여 급격한 유체의 흐름변화에 의해 개폐변이 급속도로 개폐되더라도 제1완충홈과 제2완충홈에 충진된 유체가 완충역할을 하기 때문에 개폐변과의 충격을 완화함으로써 수격현상을 현저하게 감소시킬 수 있다.
