Abstract
본 발명은 생체 비활성 재료의 표면 개질방법에 관한 것으로, 생체 비활성 재료로 이루어지는 모재를 준비하는 단계; 및 고압의 캐리어 가스를 이용하여 생체활성 분말을 분사노즐을 통해 상기 생체 비활성 모재에 분사하여 상기 모재 상에 생체 활성층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 생체 비활성 재료의 표면 개질방법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면 저온 분사 방식으로 다양한 피코팅체에 적용함으로서 코팅체와 피코팅체의 장점을 모두 갖는 새로운 생체재료를 저가로 대량 생산이 가능하다.
