Abstract

The invention relates to personal articles of daily use, mainly to disposable articles, such as protective articles in the form of an undercollar which makes it possible to prevent clothes from becoming sweaty and dirty. The undercollar which can be attached to a collar is in the form of a long three-layered strip which is slightly rounded to the ends thereof. The length of the undercollar is determined by the collar size and ranges from 35 to 50 cm, the width of the undercollar ranging from 3.0 to 4.5 cm. The outer layers are made of a non-woven fabric while the middle inner layer is made of an absorbent material. The layer oriented to the collar contains glue protected by a paper cover, which cover is to be removed prior to attaching the undercollar to the collar. The invention improves hygienic and hygroscopic properties, comfort and ease of use.
