Capsule pour la préparation d'une boisson, par exemple du café, comprenant un élément creux (1,1 a,1 b) destiné à contenir une dose, p. ex. de café moulu, ledit élément creux (1,1 a, 1 b) comprenant une paroi latérale (2,2a,2b), une face supérieure (3) et une face inférieure (4); ladite paroi latérale (2,2a,2b) se prolongeant dans sa partie inférieure de manière à former un rebord (6,3a,3b) orienté selon un plan qui coupe ladite paroi latérale (2,2a,2b), caractérisée par le fait que l'épaisseur de ladite face supérieure (3) et/ou de ladite paroi latérale (2,2a,2b) et/ou dudit rebord (6,3a,3b) est variable.
