Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to form a flooring panel unit having a shape and structure in which the protruding edges of a plastic board which is a lower member are formed to be extended beyond a portion attached to a flooring panel, so that the flooring panel is easily assembled without interference by the protruding edges of the plastic board and, after assembly, the slab level is flush with an adjacent flooring panel within a specific tolerance. In order to achieve this objective, the flooring panel unit (100) comprises an upper member (10) and a lower member (20) wherein the lower member (20) is larger than the upper member (10), the upper member (10) is square or rectangular in shape, and the lower member (20) has a shape that two of the upper members (10) having a square or rectangular shape are superposed, the overlap area (S) thereof has a smaller square or rectangular shape and does not have two symmetrically positioned corners (R). Projections (22) are formed in the entire overlap area (S) and in a protruding edge Q, which is one of the two protruding edges, but not in a protruding edge P, which is the other protruding edge. The upper member (10) is attached by an adhesive (28) to the square or rectangular lower member (20) including the protruding edge P in which the projections (22) are not formed. The protruding edge P and the protruding edge Q have the same width. Since the flooring panel unit is formed as above, the infiltration of moisture into the joints is prevented and the assembled flooring is used semipermanently. Furthermore, assembly is economically efficient because of the simple structure that can be assembled even by an unskilled worker.

Air is circulated to the space formed by the protrusions, and moisture is also circulated together. Water is present in the space where air and water circulate. There is a problem in that the water present in the space where the air and the water circulate passes through the disconnection and is in direct contact with the floorboard. When moisture comes into contact with wood floorboards, the rate of decay is faster and the durability is greatly reduced. In areas of high humidity or high rain, the interface problem is even worse.

In the Canadian patent floor panel, it is impossible to close the floor board and the floor board assuming that the plastic board has a larger size than the floor board and the protrusions having the same width protrude from four sides. This is because there is no space for the protrusion to be inserted into adjacent floor panels.

There is a problem in this case as well. Since the front surface of the bottom of the plastic plate is formed with protrusions contacting the concrete floor, when the plastic plate of the adjacent floor panel is placed on the protrusion, the protrusions of the bottom part of the plastic plate are placed so that the slab level of the floor panel is the same. Not only does not have a problem to form a plane, but also the gap between the plastic plate overlaps the height of the protruding protrusions to be a problem that does not protect the floorboard from moisture.
