Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kältegerät, insbesondere ein Haushaltskältegerät, mit einem Verdampfer, der von Zeit zu Zeit einem Abtauvorgang einer Abtauheizung (101) unterzogen wird, die durch einen zumindest im Nahbereich des Verdampfers angeordneten Temperaturfühler (107) nach Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Temperatur durch den Temperaturfühler oder nach einer vorbestimmten Zeitdauer abgeschaltet wird, wobei die Abtauheizung (101) ausgebildet ist, während eines Abtauvorgangs zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Abtautemperaturen gemäß einem vorbestimmten Abtautemperaturverlauf zu erzeugen.
