Abstract

Изобретение относится к пород оразрушающему инструменту, применяемому для бурения нефтяных и газовых скважин, особенно для бурения наклонно направленных и горизонтальных скважин и пород, представленных чередованием пропластков различной твердости. Технический результат - улучшение управляемости с одновременным повышением виброустойчивости долота PDC за счет применения специального композиционного покрытия и регулировки выступания резца над этим покрытием. Буровое лопастное долото включает корпус с присоединительной резьбой, центральным каналом и выходными отверстиями для промывочной жидкости, и лопастями, оснащенными поликристаллическими алмазными резцами PDC. Поверхность лопастей снабжена композиционным покрытием, имеющим различную износостойкость по толщине, при этом стойкость композиционного покрытия к абразивному износу увеличивается в направлении от наружной поверхности к нижележащим слоям, а величина выступа резцов вблизи центра долота над поверхностью композиционного покрытия заведомо меньше необходимого для бурения самых твердых пород в данном геологическом разрезе.
