Abstract

L'invention concerne une cellule solaire comprenant les éléments suivants, formés dans cet ordre sur un substrat : une électrode inférieure ; une couche de transport de trous ; une couche active comprenant des nanotubes de carbone sur lesquels sont attachées des nanoparticules possédant une structure noyau-coquille ; et une électrode supérieure.
