Abstract

본 발명은 생체적합성을 가지는 히알루론산과 고분자 화합물로 이루어진 조 직 유착 방지용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 화학적 가교제 또는 화학적 수식제에 의해 개질되어 있지 않은 히알루론산을 포함하는 조성물 및 그의 제조방 법에 관한 것으로, 우수한 효능을 가지는 유착방지용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 유착 방지용 조성물은 그 유착방지 효과에 있어서 물리적 장 벽역할을 하는 고분자 물질간의 단순 혼합과 달리 물리적 장벽 기능 뿐만 아니라 유착발생의 근간을 이루고 있는 혈전형성을 억제하는 새로운 유착방지 기능을 발휘 하여, 종래에 사용된 재료들에 비해 보다 효과적인 물리적 장벽역할을 수행하고, 일정시간 동안 체내에 머물러 있다가 분해, 흡수, 배설되며, 수술 후 상처가 치유 되는 것을 방해하지 않고, 수술 부위에 적용이 편리한 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
