Abstract

The present invention relates to a cushion unit for a shoe, capable of suppressing fatigue, protecting joints, and the like during walking. The first member of the present invention forms at least a portion of a shoe sole, has a bottom surface with one or more grooves formed into a predetermined depth, and is made of an elastic material. The second member of the present invention is inserted into the groove, has a length projected downwardly from the bottom surface of the first member, and is made of an elastic material having an elastic modulus lower than that of the first member. The second member has a bottom surface on which a wear-resistant plate is installed. When the shoe sole contacts the ground, the second member is compressed to absorb impact.
