Abstract

La présente invention concerne des structures de construction portatives et pliables. La structure de construction proposée comprend : un élément sol; un élément toit; ainsi que des parois latérales et terminales. Les parois latérales comportent au moins deux sections latérales raccordées de manière à pivoter, les premières sections étant raccordées de manière pivotante à l’élément toit et les secondes à l’élément sol de sorte que les parois latérales puissent se plier vers l’intérieur et permettre ainsi aux sections de parois latérales d’être sensiblement parallèles à l’élément sol et l’élément toit. Les parois terminales sont raccordées de manière pivotante aux extrémités de l’élément sol et conçues pour être pliées vers l’intérieur, d’une position verticale vers une position généralement horizontale. La structure de construction se compose aussi d’un moyen permettant de soulever l’élément toit afin de permettre aux sections de parois latérales de pivoter vers une position verticale, et d’un moyen de blocage ou de fixation qui permet aux parois, à l’élément sol et l’élément toit de rester solidarisés entre eux en position montée. Le moyen permettant le raccord pivotant et coulissant des parois terminales comprend : un tube coulissant, fixé à la paroi terminale; une barre de guidage de tube coulissant insérée dans le tube coulissant et équipée de butoirs supérieur et inférieur pour le tube coulissant; un bras de support pour la barre de guidage doté d’une première et d’une seconde extrémité, la première extrémité du bras de support étant solidarisée avec l’élément sol et la seconde extrémité dudit bras étant raccordée de façon articulée à la barre de guidage de sorte que lorsque la structure de construction se trouve en position pliée, la barre de guidage puisse passer de la position verticale à la position horizontale et inversement, ce qui ramène la paroi terminale en position pliée et position verticale. Les butoirs supérieur et inférieur sont montés de sorte que les tubes coulissants et les parois terminales puissent glisser vers le centre de la structure de construction, et s’en éloigner d’une distance qui est égale au double de l’épaisseur de la paroi latérale additionnée à l’épaisseur de l’élément toit. Le moyen permettant de soulever l’élément toit, afin de permettre aux sections de parois latérales de pivoter vers une position verticale, comprend : des barres filetées montées de manière rotative dans les parois terminales et de manière perpendiculaire aux éléments cadre horizontaux des parois terminales; de préférence deux des barres filetées étant montées rotatives de chaque côté de la première paroi terminale et de préférence le même nombre d’autres barres filetées étant montées de chaque côté de la seconde paroi terminale, chaque barre filetée étant dotée d’un écrou de levage comprenant un filetage interne et pouvant se déplacer le long de la barre filetée; une fourche élévatrice pour l’élément toit dotée d’une première et d’une seconde extrémité, la première extrémité de la fourche élévatrice étant montée sur l’élément toit et la seconde sur l’écrou de levage de sorte que la rotation de la barre filetée sur son axe vertical entraîne le déplacement de l’écrou de levage le long de la barre filetée et déplace ainsi la fourche élévatrice et l'élément toit vers le haut ou vers le bas.
