Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kontroller (1) für Beatmungsgeräte (8) zur Regelung der variablen Druckunterstützungsbeatmung. Der Kontroller ist (1) in der Lage, die Variabilität in Form von Schwankungen (ΔVT) des Atemhubvolumens (VT) bezogen auf einen Mittelwert (VTM) und den zugehörigen Mittelwert (VTM) zu vorgegebenen Atemhubvolumenwerten in einem vorgegebenen Atemhubvolumen-Zielbereich (VTO-VTU) zu führen, während ein Druckunterstützungswert (PASB) anliegt, um den vorgegebenen Atemhubvolumen-Zielbereich (VTO-VTU) gemäß den mechanischen Eigenschaften des respiratorischen Systems (2) und der Variabilität des Atemmusters (111, 113, 114, 115, 116) zu erreichen. Der Kontroller (1) besteht aus folgenden Bestandteilen: einer Auswertungseinheit (4), einer Vergleichseinheit (5), einer Entscheidungseinheit (6) und einer Sendeeinheit (7).
