Abstract

본 발명은 열감응성 조직 유착 방지 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 조직유착 억제성능을 지니는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 블록을 함유하는 블록 공중합체 및 상기 공중합체와 혼합될 수 있는 분자량 10,000 내지 1,000,000 g/mol인 고분자를 포함하는 수용액에 가교제를 가하여 화학반응이 일어나도록 하여 제조되며, 선택적으로 염증반응을 억제시킬 수 있는 약물을 더 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 조성물을 원심분리하였을 때 상층액과 하층액의 점도, 가시광선 영역의 흡광도 및 안정성의 차이가 10% 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 열감응성 조직 유착 방지 조성물에 관한 것이며, 또한 상기 조성물을 제조함에 있어서 반응속도 지연제를 첨가하지 않고 스프레이 방법 및 교반 방법을 동시에 사용하여 가교의 균일화 및 점도의 안정성이 우수하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열감응성 조직유착 방지 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 가교가 고르게 되지 않아 생기는 섬유상의 부유물을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 가교의 균일화와 점도의 안정화를 높일 수 있어 인체 내 상처부위에 매우 고르게 도포 가능하며 안정성 및 조직 유착 방지 효과가 우수한 열감응성 조직 유착 방지용 조성물을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
