Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation d'un dispositif (1) de fabrication de bioéthanol, selon lequel des déchets organiques du processus de fabrication, notamment DGS et DDGS, sont brûlés et la chaleur utile ainsi produite est réintroduite dans le dispositif (1). Le processus de combustion a lieu dans un four à lit fluidisé (2). Toutes les chambres (9, 11) dans lesquelles le processus de combustion a lieu font l'objet d'une extraction de chaleur telle qu'en aucun point la température de fusion des cendres des déchets (notamment 70 °C) n'est dépassée. De cette manière, il se forme des cendres fines se mélangeant essentiellement au lit fluidisé (9), simples à recycler. La chaleur utile est produite en partie à partir des gaz de fumées créés lors de la combustion, et en partie à partir de la chaleur extraite du processus de combustion pour le respect de la température maximale.
