A stationary foldable fitness pool in its fundamental variant consists of two shell-shaped halves (1, 1 ') each provided with a flange (2, 2') with access steps (10, 11, 12, 13) leading to the centre of the pool, and with a drain and fastening canal (14), wherein a framework (4) of fitness elements is fastened on bases (3), wherein on the top of said framework (4) a holder (6) is fastened via couplings (5) and on said framework (4) of fitness elements there are arranged a level adjustable seat (7), elements (8) for exercising upper extremities and elements (9) for exercising legs.

Description

STATIONARY AND/OR FLOATING FOLDABLE FITNESS POOL WITH A FASTENING TOWER FOR FITNESS APPARATUSES
The subject of the invention is a stationary and/or floating foldable fitness pool with a fastening tower for fitness apparatuses intended for underwater physical exercises in a sitting, standing or hanging position like underwater relaxation, therapy and fitness. Due to its shape and platforms configured in levels that descend towards the centre of the pool and due to a fastening tower for fitness apparatuses, the pool provides for an optimum space management and smaller water and energy consumption in performing underwater relaxation, therapy and fitness in comparison with ordinary pools. The invention belongs to class A 61 H 33/00 of the international patent classification. Nowadays best known and broadly expanded recreational branch is fitness centres. Although being well attended, all exercises are performed in halls and all exercises performed on apparatuses must be adapted to individual user by using instruments. As a body gets sweaty during a workout, the air in the hall becomes stale and all muscles do not constantly have the proper temperature, and what's more, the apparatuses are sweaty and cannot practically be hygienically cleaned after each user. A technical problem successfully solved by the present invention is a construction and embodiment of such device that will be very space efficient and will allow a better space use for carrying out underwater relaxation, massage therapy or fitness and an optimal space management for the arrangement of massage and fitness apparatuses and will save costs of water, heating energy and cleaning of the apparatus.
Variants of pools known in the world market for spas, hotels, public pools etc. usually have a flat or slanted depth for swimming, various nozzles - water and air, as well as water streams, artificial waves, waterfalls and other water effects that are meant for the so-called »whirlpool massage«. A disadvantage of such solutions is especially the shape of pools and their profiles. The most often present shape of pools including those, in which the abovementioned activities such as underwater relaxation, therapy and fitness are carried out is square with a flat or slanted bottom. Such shape causes huge water consumption and energy consumption for heating as well as higher costs of cleaning. Despite the fact that various water apparatus are already present a therapy or fitness is impossible in large pools.
Stationary and/or floating foldable fitness pool with a fastening tower for fitness apparatuses of the invention is configured in a way that it is foldable and provided in its interior with devices or frameworks, on which movable, rotary, linear and hanging elements are fastened, said elements being adapted to the construction of the pool with as small volume of water as possible. This offers an opportunity for a rational heating of water to a temperature most adequate for muscles. Various health related extracts or liquids may be added, e.g. aromatherapy. The devices or frameworks may be fastened to a tower by using adequate stabilisers, wherein said tower is set in concrete into the bottom of a sea, a lake or it may be fastened by anchor cables.
The stationary and/or floating foldable fitness pool of the invention will now be described in more detail by way of an embodiment and the enclosed drawings representing in:
Figure 1 stationary fitness pool by the invention for two with a framework in view A-A of one half of the pool; Figure 2 stationary fitness pool by the invention for two in top view; Figure 3 possibility of folding of stationary foldable fitness pools of the invention;
Figure 4 stationary foldable fitness pool by the invention of large dimensions with a framework in a stationary version in top view and cross-section;
Figure 5 floating foldable fitness pool of the invention of large dimensions in view A-A and top view;
Figure 6 fastening tower for fitness apparatuses meant for underwater fitness activities with stabilisers in view C-C- fastened to a tower set in concrete at the bottom; Figure 7 fastening tower for fitness apparatuses for underwater fitness activities with stabilisers in top view; Figure 8 fastening tower for fitness apparatuses for underwater fitness activities with stabilisers fastened to the bottom by means of anchor cables.
A stationary foldable fitness pool for two according to Figure 1 consists of two shell-shaped halves 1 , 1 ' each provided with a flange 2, 2', said halves being foldable to allow transportation and to be arranged in houses or in cellars, since they can be carried through a door when disassembled, which gives this product a high market potential like for instances saunas. A framework 4 of fitness elements is fastened to bases 3 and on the top of said framework 4 a holder 6 is fastened via couplings 5. Different elements like a level adjustable seat 7, elements 8 for exercising upper extremities and elements 9 for exercising legs.
The water level reaches almost the edge of the pool of the invention. The volume of the pool itself diminishes due to said shell-shaped halves 1 , 1 ' being shaped in levels. The pool is configured in a way that two elements have one access with steps 10, 11 , 12, 13 to the left and to the right. A double pool may be assembled to four, six, eight, etc. units, wherein only one aggregate is sufficient for all units.
Figure 2 shows a stationary fitness pool of the invention for two in top view. The shape of both shell-shaped halves 1 , 1 ' with arranged steps 10, 11 , 12, 13 to the centre of the pool is visible. A drain and fastening canal 14 are also evident from Figure 2.
Figure 3 shows a possibility of transportation of each half 1 , 1 ' stacked on each other, wherein side surfaces 15 of each half are cone shaped. Large pools are produced in the same way and are foldable as well
(due to transportation). The centre of the pool disposes over a drain and devices, which diminishes the volume of water to a minimum. Figure 4 discloses a constructional solution of a pool having a round shape and four sets of access steps 16, 17, 18 and a framework 19 for water apparatuses. Fitness sets consisting of a level adjustable seat 20 and an element 21 for exercising upper extremities are arranged on said framework 19.
Figure 5 shows an embodiment of a floating pool that is normally round. It may have one or several accesses 22 and a buoyant material 23 is fastened on the circumference, which allows the pool to float on the water in a stable way. All elements face the sea or the lake. Fitness sets consisting of a level adjustable seat 25 and an element 26 for exercising upper extremities are arranged on said frameworks 24.
Figures 6 and 7 disclose a fastening tower for fitness apparatuses for underwater fitness activities in view C-C- and top view, wherein said fastening tower is fastened to a pole set in concrete to the bottom. A central support 29 - in which a buoyant material 31 is arranged - is vertically movably mounted onto a pole 27 set in concrete to the bottom of the sea. A support framework 32 with stabilisers 28 is fastened to said central support 29. A platform 36 is also fastened to said support framework 32. From said central support 29 of the fastening tower originate fitness sets consisting of a level adjustable seat 33, an element 34 for exercising upper extremities and an element 35 for exercising lower extremities.
Figure 8 shows a fastening tower with stabilisers for fitness apparatuses for underwater fitness activities fastened to the bottom by means of anchor cables. A support 32 framework is fastened to said central support 29 with stabilisers 28. Said support framework 32 also carries said platform 36 that is fastened to the bottom of a pool or to the bottom of the sea via cables 37. From said central support 29 originate fitness sets consisting of said level adjustable seat 33, said seat 34 for the exercising upper extremities and said element 35 for exercising lower extremities.
