Generally, an openable / closable container for storing a wet tissue or the like is provided with a container body for storing a wet tissue and the like and having an outlet for the wet tissue, and an opening / closing lid for sealing the outlet for opening and closing. Yes.

In use, the opening / closing lid is opened with respect to the outlet of the container body, and wet tissues and the like are taken out one by one from the outlet of the container body.

As described above, a conventional openable / closable container includes a container main body and an open / close lid attached to the container main body so as to be swingable. The liquid component in the wet tissue is prevented from evaporating.

However, the openable / closable container having such a structure has a structure in which a sealed bag containing a wet tissue is opened to the inside of the container body. For this reason, when liquid components with high volatility, such as alcohol, are contained in the wet tissue, the liquid component such as alcohol may evaporate after a long time.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 14, in the conventional openable / closable container 100, one end of the elastic member 102 that urges the open / close lid 101 is inserted perpendicularly to the upper plate 104 of the container main body 103. For this reason, the accommodating part 104b which accommodates the elastic member 102 protrudes below from the upper board 104, and the back surface 104a of the upper board 104 does not become flat. In this case, since the airtight bag containing the wet tissue is disposed below the accommodating portion 104 b in the container main body 103, a gap is generated between the airtight bag and the upper plate 104.

The present invention has been made in consideration of such points, and is capable of suppressing the evaporation of the liquid components in the wet tissue and capable of opening and closing the entire height of the openable container. The purpose is to provide a container.

The present invention includes a container main body having an upper plate with an outlet formed therein and containing a sealed bag having an opening therein, and a container main body provided so as to be swingable about a swing shaft on a proximal end side. An opening / closing lid that opens and closes the outlet, an elastic member provided between the container body and the opening / closing lid, and a wet tissue stored in the sealing bag, the sealing bag being adhered to the back surface of the upper plate, The main body has a storage portion for storing one end of the elastic member in the horizontal direction, the back surface of the storage portion of the container main body is flattened, and does not become an obstacle when sticking a sealed bag storing wet tissue to the back surface of the upper plate This is an openable / closable container.

The present invention is an openable / closable container characterized in that an adhesive layer is formed on the periphery of the opening of the sealed bag, and the periphery of the opening of the sealed bag is adhered to the back surface of the upper plate by the adhesive layer.

The present invention is an openable / closable container characterized in that the adhesive layer formed on the periphery of the opening of the sealed bag is exposed to the outside by peeling off the lid piece in advance.

The present invention is an openable / closable container characterized in that a wet tissue is impregnated with alcohol.

According to the present invention, since the opening periphery of the sealed bag containing the wet tissue is adhered to the back surface of the upper plate of the container body, the liquid component in the wet tissue stored in the sealed bag evaporates inside the main body. Can be prevented.

Further, according to the present invention, the airtight bag is adhered to the back surface of the container upper plate, and the container body has a storage portion for storing one end of the elastic member in the horizontal direction. As a result, the back of the storage part of the container body does not protrude downward, and there is no hindrance when storing the sealed bag containing the wet tissue. Can be made. Moreover, since the upper surface of the container main body and the sealed bag can be brought into close contact with each other, the openable / closable container can be formed thin.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 13 show an embodiment of the present invention.

First, the overall configuration of a wet tissue storage container (openable / closable container) 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the openable / closable container 10 hermetically seals a lower opening type container main body (main body) 11 that stores therein, for example, a wet tissue 41 as a content, and a lower opening of the container main body 11. And a bottom lid 12.

As shown in FIG. 1, the container main body 11 has an upper plate 27 in which an outlet 24 for taking out the wet tissue 41 is formed, and a side plate 13 extending downward from the upper plate 27. On the side plate 13 of the container body 11, an opening / closing lid 23 for sealing the outlet 24 of the upper plate 27 is attached so as to be swingable about a swing axis XX on the base end 23a side.

The back side step portion 25 extending in parallel with the swing axis XX and recessed inward is formed on the base end 23a side of the opening / closing lid 23 in the container body 11. In the vicinity of both ends of the back side step portion 25, stoppers 30 project from the bottom surface of the back side step portion 25 upward. The stopper 30 is for stopping the base end 23a when the opening / closing lid 23 is fully opened. The stopper 30 stops the opening / closing lid 23 urged by a rubber plate 50 (described later) at a predetermined position.

Further, below the side plate 13, a flange 14 that abuts the bottom lid 12 is formed to protrude outward. The bottom lid 12 is provided with a hooking piece 12d that protrudes outward from the side plate 13 and hooks a finger. Further, the pair of side plates 13a and 13b facing each other protrude outward in an R shape.

Further, the upper plate 27 of the container body 11 is provided through a first upper plate (first thin plate) 27a at the substantially central portion thereof and the central step portion 28 on the outside of the first upper plate 27a. And a second upper plate (second thin plate) 27b at a high position. Further, the outlet 24 described above is provided in the first upper plate 27a.

On the other hand, a recess 94 is formed in the first upper plate 27a, and an annular rib 95 is provided in the recess 94 so as to surround the outlet 24. In other words, the above-described outlet 24 is disposed in the annular rib 95. On the back surface of the opening / closing lid 23, a frame body 37 to which a packing member (elastic sealing body) 38 is attached is formed. The frame body 37 enters the recess 94 and outside the annular rib 95 when the open / close lid 23 is closed.

As described above, a dome-shaped packing member 38 is mounted inside the frame body 37. The packing member 38 is configured separately from the opening / closing lid 23. The packing member 38 is made of a soft synthetic resin material having elasticity such as low density polyethylene (LDPE), for example, and is detachably fitted into the frame body 37.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, a locking piece 32 is provided at the free end 23 e of the opening / closing lid 23. Further, a drop step portion 58 that drops from the upper plate 27 is formed on the free end 23 e side of the opening / closing lid 23 in the container body 11 and in the vicinity of the upper end of the side plate 13, and an operating body (operation button) is formed in the drop step portion 58. 55 is provided.

Next, the operation button 55 will be described. The operation button 55 is attached to the drop step portion 58 of the container body 11. FIG. 7 is an enlarged plan view showing the attachment portion of the operation button 55 in the container main body 11. 8 to 11 are diagrams showing details of the operation button 55. FIG.

8 to 11, the operation button 55 has a top plate portion 65, and an operation surface 65a for a user to attach a finger is formed on the top plate portion 65. The operation surface 65a is formed so as to draw a curved surface with a recessed center. An outer periphery 65b on the rear end side (upper side in FIG. 8) of the top plate portion 65 is curved in an arc shape, and an outer periphery 65c on the front end side is formed in a linear shape. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, a claw portion 66 for engaging with the locking piece 32 of the opening / closing lid 23 is formed in the center of the rear end portion of the top plate portion 65.

Also, a pair of mounting ribs 67, 67 are provided on the back side of the top plate portion 65, and hinge shafts 68, 68 are formed on the mounting ribs 67, 67, respectively. The hinge shafts 68 are coaxial with each other. Further, an arcuate spring portion 69 is formed on the front end side of the back surface of the top plate portion 65.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the drop step portion 58 of the container body 11 includes a bottom plate 71, a side plate 72 disposed between the bottom plate 71 and the recess 94, and the bottom plate 71 and the second upper plate 27 b. Surrounded by a side plate 73 disposed therebetween. In the vicinity of both ends of the side plate 73, a pair of inwardly protruding step portions 74, 74 are formed, and the step portions 74, 74 are respectively provided with hinge receiving holes 78 for receiving the hinge shafts 68, 68 of the operation button 55, respectively. 78 is formed. The bottom plate 71 is provided with a spring receiving groove 79 for receiving the spring portion 69 of the operation button 55, and a rib 80 for holding the center of the spring portion 69 at a predetermined position in the vertical direction in the spring receiving groove 79. Is provided.

The operation button 55 can be rotated around the hinge shaft 68 in the drop-in step portion 58 by fitting the spring portion 69 into the spring receiving groove 79 and the hinge shaft 68 into the hinge receiving holes 78 and 78, respectively. Installed. Due to the restoring force of the spring portion 69, the claw portion 66 of the operation button 55 is biased in a direction approaching the recessed portion 94 about the hinge shaft 68 (downward in FIG. 6).

When the opening / closing lid 23 is closed, the operation button 55 rotates so as to avoid the locking piece 32 of the opening / closing lid 23. When the locking piece 32 gets over the claw portion 66, the operation button 55 is rotated by the force of the spring portion 69, whereby the locking piece 32 and the claw portion 66 are engaged with each other, and the open / close lid 23 is closed. Is kept in the state.

On the other hand, when the user presses down the operation surface 65a of the operation button 55 in a state where the open / close lid 23 is closed, the claw portion 66 of the operation button 55 rotates about the hinge shaft 68 in the direction away from the recess 94. The engagement between the stop piece 32 and the claw portion 66 is released.

By the way, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, an elongated sheet rubber (elastic member) 50 is provided between the container body 11 and the opening / closing lid 23 to urge the opening / closing lid 23 in the opening direction. Yes. That is, the container body 11 is provided with a storage portion 75 for storing one end of the rubber plate 50 so as to be freely inserted in the horizontal direction, and the fixing portion 76 for fixing the other end of the rubber plate 50 to the opening / closing lid 23. Is provided.

As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 12, the storage portion 75 has a structure opened in the back direction, and can be stored by inserting one end of the rubber plate 50 in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the back surface of the storage portion 75 of the first upper plate 27a of the container body 11 is substantially flattened without protruding downward. Thereby, it is set as the obstruction at the time of making the airtight bag 40 (after-mentioned) adhere to the 1st upper board 27a back surface.

The container body 11 and the opening / closing lid 23 described above are both obtained by injection molding using polypropylene (PP), but in addition to this, molding is performed using PE, PS, ABS, elastomer, PET, PVC, and polycarbonate. May be. The bottom cover 12 is preferably made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), and the rubber plate 50 is made of silicon rubber. The fixing portion 76 is made of polypropylene (PP).

Next, the wet tissue 41 stored in the container body 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 13A, the wet tissue 41 is folded and stacked in a sealed bag 40 made of a flexible sheet, and is sealed by the sealed bag 40. Each wet tissue 41 forms a bent portion 42 and is substantially folded in half, and the bent portions 42 of each wet tissue 41 are alternately replaced. Further, the folded lower half 41b of the wet tissue 41 is inserted between the upper half 41a of the wet tissue 41 disposed below and the upper half 41a of the wet tissue 41 positioned further below. Therefore, when the wet tissues 41 are picked and removed one by one, the lower half 41b of the removed wet tissues 41 pulls up the upper half 41a of the wet tissue 41 positioned below. The method for folding the wet tissue 41 is not particularly limited as long as the wet tissue 41 is stacked and arranged so that it can be taken out continuously. For example, the wet tissue 41 may be folded as shown in FIG. Good. An opening 40 a for taking out the wet tissue 41 is provided at the upper end of the sealed bag 40. The opening 40a is sealed by a lid piece 45 that is detachably attached to the upper surface of the sealing bag 40 before the opening / closing container 10 is used.

In this case, the lid piece 45 is affixed to the upper surface of the sealing bag 40 by the adhesive layer 46 formed on the periphery of the opening 40a. As will be described later, the adhesive layer 46 is also used when the periphery of the opening 40a of the sealing bag 40 is detachably adhered to the back surface of the first upper plate 27a (see FIG. 12). The adhesive layer 46 is exposed to the outside by peeling off the lid piece 45 in advance.

On the other hand, as the material of the wet tissue 41, for example, a fiber material such as nonwoven fabric, paper or gauze, a sheet-like foam, or a paper-based soft material is used. Further, as the liquid impregnated in the wet tissue 41, wetting agents containing a bactericidal agent, a disinfectant, a cleaning agent, etc., and cosmetics such as lotion and milky lotion are conceivable. In the present embodiment, the airtightness between the container body 11 and the opening / closing lid 23 and the airtightness between the container body 11 and the airtight bag 40 are improved, so that the liquid is impregnated with a particularly highly volatile liquid such as alcohol. The wet tissue 41 can be preferably used.

Next, the operation of the present embodiment having such a configuration will be described.

First, the operation when starting to use the unused openable / closable container 10 will be described. First, the bottom lid 12 is removed from the container body 11 and the sealed bag 40 containing the wet tissue 41 in the container body 11 is taken out. Next, the lid 40 is peeled from the adhesive layer 46 at the periphery of the opening 40a, thereby opening the opening 40a of the sealed bag 40.

Subsequently, the periphery of the opening 40a of the hermetic bag 40 and the back surface of the first upper plate 27a are pasted through the adhesive layer 46. Thereby, the airtight bag 40 containing the wet tissue 41 is detachably attached to the back surface of the first upper plate 27a.

Next, the bottom lid 12 is attached to the container body 11 and the lower opening of the container body 11 is sealed.

Next, the operation when using the wet tissue 41 stored in the container body 11 will be described. First, the user presses the top plate portion 65 of the operation button 55. As a result, the engagement between the locking piece 32 and the claw portion 66 is released. In this case, the opening / closing lid 23 is opened by the restoring force of the rubber plate 50.

That is, the opening / closing lid 23 is urged by the rubber plate 50 and rotates in the opening direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 6) about the swing axis XX. Thereafter, when the opening / closing lid 23 reaches the fully open position, the base end 23a of the opening / closing lid 23 is locked to the stopper 30 and the opening / closing lid 23 stops.

Next, the wet tissue 41 is picked with a finger from the outlet 24 of the container body 11 and pulled upward to use.

After taking out the wet tissue 41 in this way, the open / close lid 23 is closed. At this time, when the user pushes down the opening / closing lid 23 by hand, the opening / closing lid 23 is closed in the closing direction (counterclockwise direction of FIG. 6) against the urging force of the rubber plate 50 about the swing axis XX. ). Thereafter, when the opening / closing lid 23 reaches the fully closed position, the locking piece 32 of the opening / closing lid 23 is engaged with the claw portion 66 of the operating body (operation button) 55, and the opening / closing lid 23 is fixed at the fully closed position.

At this time, since the packing member 38 and the annular rib 95 are in close contact with each other, the outlet 24 of the container body 11 is sealed by the packing member 38. Further, as described above, the periphery of the opening 40 a of the sealed bag 40 is in close contact with the back surface of the first upper plate 27 a via the adhesive layer 46. Therefore, the liquid component in the wet tissue 41 does not evaporate from the outlet 24 and does not evaporate inside the container body 11.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the periphery of the opening 40a of the airtight bag 40 is adhered to the back surface of the first upper plate 27a of the container body 11, the liquid in the wet tissue 41 stored in the airtight bag 40 is used. It is possible to prevent the components from evaporating inside the container body 11.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the storage portion 75 that stores one end of the rubber plate 50 faces in the horizontal direction, the back surface of the storage portion 75 of the container body 11 can be substantially flattened. Therefore, the storage portion 75 does not become an obstacle when the sealing bag 40 is adhered to the back surface of the first upper plate 27a. Further, since no gap is generated between the sealed bag 40 and the first upper plate 27a, useless space in the container body 11 can be eliminated, and the openable / closable container 10 can be formed thin.
