Abstract

The present invention relates to a waste melting device equipped with a separate casting compartment. More specifically, the waste melting device melts the relevant material in a combustion chamber, and discharges the transformed slag through a molten slag chamber outlet. The molten material flowing in the combustion chamber then passes through an inclined pyrolysis bed installed within the combustion chamber, before flowing into the casting compartment. This step allows the thermal value of the combustibles to be maximised. While the material melts during said casting process, a separate molten metal chamber outlet discharges the molten metal sediment more efficiently. For this purpose, said waste melting device is equipped with a separate casting compartment which eliminates the need to separate non combustibles such as molten metal from the transformed molten slag after melting the material using this process.
