Abstract

Die Erfindung stellt eine Inkubationsvorrichtung bereit, umfassend eine Inkubatorkammer (12), eine Probenaufnahme (15), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, eine Probe (14) aufzunehmen und im Inneren der Inkubatorkammer (12) an einer Probenposition (P) zu positionieren, eine Heizanordnung (38, 40) mit mindestens einem Heizelement (38, 40), welches innerhalb der Inkubatorkammer (12) angeordnet ist und Wärme an das Innere der Inkubatorkammer (12) abgibt, eine Befeuchtungseinrichtung (16) zur Erzeugung eines Befeuchtungsfluids, sowie eine zwischen der Befeuchtungseinrichtung (16) und dem Inneren der Inkubatorkammer (12) angeordnete Übertrittsöffnung (30), durch die das Befeuchtungsfluid in das Innere der Inkubatorkammer (12) übertreten kann, wobei das Innere der Inkubatorkammer (12) zumindest an der Probenposition (P) im Wesentlichen frei von gerichteter Fluidströmung ist.
