Abstract

Therapeutic chimeric multiplexes are disclosed that include two or more capsids formed from e.g. a modified viral core protein and a nucleic acid bound to the modified viral core protein. The nucleic acid may be substantially homologous to a specific gene target. In some embodiments, the nucleic acid bound to the modified viral core protein is substantially non-immunogenic.
