Abstract

본 발명은 패(Ishige okamurae) 유래 플로로탄닌 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화 활성을 갖는 식품, 화장품 또는 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 패 유래 플로로타닌 화합물은 세포 시스템에서 우수한 라디칼 소거 활성 및 항산화 활성을 갖기 때문에, 해양 공급원 유래 플로로탄닌이 기능성 식품, 식이 보조제 또는 다양한 ROS-관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약물로서 이용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
