Abstract

L'invention porte sur un laminoir universel à double entraînement qui comprend des arbres à double entraînement et quatre cylindres agencés sous la forme d'une croix. Des arbres d'entraînement supérieur et inférieur (10, 20), des arbres de cylindre verticaux gauche et droit (30, 40), un dispositif d'ajustement d'inclinaison et un moteur pas à pas (70) sont positionnés dans la cage (50). Des engrenages coniques (12, 14; 22, 24; 32, 34; 42, 44) sont positionnés sur les deux extrémités des arbres d'entraînement supérieur et inférieur (10, 20) et des arbres de cylindre verticaux gauche et droit (30, 40), des engrenages coniques adjacents (12, 14; 22, 24; 32, 34; 42, 44) s'engrenant les uns aux autres et formant quatre paires d'engrenages coniques. Lorsque les arbres d'entraînement supérieur et inférieur (10, 20) tournent, les arbres de cylindre verticaux gauche et droit (30, 40) sont entraînés par les quatre paires d'engrenages coniques et forment la structure à double entraînement. La structure à double entraînement ajuste de manière synchronisée, concentrique et proportionnée l'intervalle de cylindres par le dispositif d'ajustement synchronisé d'intervalle.
