Abstract

The present invention relates to a method and a facility for continuous carbonization of condensed organic wastes using fossil fuels obtained by pyrolysis of petroleum-based polymer wastes as fuel. The method of the present inventioncomprises the steps of: drying (120) petroleum-based polymer wastes; pyrolyzing (130); distilling (140); storing (150) fossil fuels, drying (220) condensed organic wastes at a low temperature; drying (230) the low-temperature dried wastes at a high temperature; carbonizing (240); and storing (250) the carbides. The facility of the present invention comprises: a petroleum-based polymer waste storage unit (20); a dryer (23); a decomposer (24); a distillation unit (25); a fuel storage unit (26), a condensed organic waste storage unit (30); a low-temperature dryer (32); a high-temperature dryer (33); a carbonization unit (34); and a carbide storage unit (35). The method and facility for continuous carbonization of condensed organic wastes according to the present invention are advantageous in that they minimize the spread of odors, maximize energy efficiency, and substantially improve the efficiency of waste treatment, while enabling the bulk treatment of wastes.
