Abstract

Es wird bereitgestellt ein Mikroskop mit einem Probentisch (2) zum Tragen einer zu untersuchenden Probe (3), einem Aufnahmesensor (4), einer Abbildungsoptik (5) zum Abbilden der Probe (3) auf den Aufnahmesensor (4), einer Bewegungseinheit (6), mit der der Abstand zwischen Probentisch (2) und Abbildungsoptik (5) verändert werden kann, einer Steuereinheit (9) zur Steuerung einer Bildaufnahme der Probe (3) und einer Haltefokuseinheit (11) zum Beibehalten einer vorbestimmten Fokuslage für zeitlich zueinander beabstandete Bildaufnahmen der Probe (3), wobei die Haltefokuseinnchtung (11) zumindest ein Hardwareelement (12) und ein Softwaremodul (13) enthält, wobei die Haltefokuseinheit (11) sowohl software- als auch hardwareseitig vollständig in die Steuereinheit (9) integriert ist.
