В качестве материала для декоративного изделия берут листы пластика толщиной 0,25 - 1,5 мм, например, ПЭТГ (PET-G, A-PET), полиэстера, поливинилхлора (ПВХ) - (см. приложения). Данные материалы обладают износостойкостью, ударопрочностью, огнестойкостью, негигроскопичностью, высокой устойчивостью к агрессивным условиям среды (температурный интервал использования от - 60° до + 500C), обладают термопластичностью. Формирование заготовок осуществляют путем раскроя по предварительно подготовленным выкройкам. Полученные заготовки формуют в холодном состоянии или после нагрева на извлекаемом (2) или неизвлекаемом (6) каркасе путем гибки заготовки и придания ей необходимой формы. Далее, например, вручную, посредством средства для термообработки (паяльной лампы, фена), путем перемещения его по мере плавления материала в различных направлениях по заготовке, формируют рельефную объемную поверхность. Температура нагрева материала при термообработке 70-120 град. С, время нагрева - 5-15 сек выбирается в зависимости от толщины и типа материала, используемого при изготовлении кожуха. Термообработку можно проводить в термокамере. Для этого используют установленный с возможностью вращения и изменения линейных размеров каркас. Под воздействием указанных температур происходит плавление материала заготовки, закрепленной на каркасе, с образованием рельефов и объемов на ее поверхности. Для получения больших изделий заготовки собирают и монтируют кожух на предварительно выкроенном и собранном неизвлекаемом каркасе (6), который может быть выполнен их прозрачного или полупрозрачного пластика или металла с соответствующим покрытием (см. фиг.4 a,б). В этом случае кожух (1) и лампочки (4) монтируют непосредственно на каркас с помощью вышеперечисленных технологий. При применении для подсветки светодиодных лампочек при определенной схеме подключения обслуживание электропроводки практически не требуется. Для подсветки возможно использовать лампочки с контроллерами. Возможна также предварительная печать на пластике (до раскроя и формирования рельефа) декоративных прозрачных и непрозрачных изображений (декор, бренды, полноцветная печать) или последующая окраска изделий или напыление на них соответствующих покрытий (лакокрасочных, глиттерных или осаждением металлов в камере). Также возможно декорирование изделий с внешней стороны с креплением на кожух декоративных изделий , например, елочных игpyшeк,c помощью клея и т.д. Таким способом возможно получение различных декоративных уличных и интерьерных изделий, например, плафонов для светильников, абстрактных фигур, искусственных елок и деревьев, фигур зверей, шишек, саней, звезд и других фигур для оформления улиц, парков, усадеб и т.п., модульных сборных элементов (имитации льда и заснеженного объема), панелей и фигур для монтажа на стену домов, для изготовления выставочных стендов, интерьерных перегородок, и т.д.Since plastic has the property of thermoplasticity, under the influence of heat treatment, the material melts, forming a relief volume surface.
