Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble moteur et un dispositif électrique pour soins de beauté équipé dudit moteur. L'ensemble moteur précité (100), qui est destiné à produire des vibrations, est agencé dans un dispositif pour soins de beauté portatif doté d'une fonction vibratoire et comprend : un stator (110) fixé dans un couvercle (300), lequel stator possède une extrémité gauche (111A) et une extrémité droite (111b) s'étendant vers l'avant afin de produire une force magnétique; un élément auxiliaire (120) disposé sur le stator (110), qui couvre l'espace formé entre les extrémités gauche et droite (111a, 111b) du stator; un rotor (130) dont la base (131) est intercalée entre les extrémités gauche et droite (111a, 111b) du stator; un arbre central (132) situé à distance égale de l'extrémité gauche(111a) et de l'extrémité droite (111b) du stator; un couvercle couplé rotatif à une partie intermédiaire de l'élément auxiliaire (120) et un fond fixé à une partie intermédiaire de la base (131), des aimants gauche et droit (133) étant fixés sur la base (131) à proximité des extrémités gauche et droite (111a, 111b) du stator; et un ressort élastique (140) éloigné de l'arbre central (132) du rotor, possédant un couvercle fixé à l'élément auxiliaire (120) et un fond fixé à la base (131) du rotor, de telle manière que le ressort élastique est sollicité proportionellement au déplacement induit par la rotation du rotor (130) sous l'effet de la force magnétique produite par le stator (110) et fournit une force de retour qui permet de ramener le rotor (130) dans sa position initiale en éliminant la force magnétique. L'ensemble moteur selon l'invention (100) offre l'avantage de comprendre une structure de raccordement par ressort élastique dont la conception et la fabrication sont peu complexes. L'invention permet en outre de fournir une force élastique et une force de retour d'une intensité prédéterminée de façon simple et précise, et sa taille réduite lui confère une commodité d'emploi et un aspect esthétique améliorés.
