Abstract

The invention relates to a battery, especially an electrochemical battery, such as a lead-acid battery, and a method for producing same. Said battery comprises a housing for receiving electrochemical components, and a heat-insulating jacket (2, 3, 5). The jacket contains electronic components (6, 7) which are in thermal contact with the housing. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a battery.
